So much to see, very happy with the tour "The dark side of Brussel", so informative. Such a shame that the authorities have let a beautiful site, like the Japanese gardens and Tower go to rot, could have been an excellent guided tour, But the park around is beautiful. The Antwerp tourist office was superb and the staff eager to help and knowledgeable. Everything available through one website and a City Pass that was good value. Transport pass did not require tapping phone every time you use tram or bus, a great boon, saving battery use and keeping phone secure, especially useful when travelling as a tourist.Guest review byNicholasUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lovely place but have to dig out the best places to eat as that is the case in most touristy places. Loads of history with beautiful architecture and very interesting history everywhere.museums were done in an interesting way. Too many churches but then I am not a believer, at allGuest review byWayne - 10.0
The churches and architecture are beautiful.
The churches and architecture are beautiful. Also the rivers running through the city. There are a lot of free tours that give you the history and tips for what to visit and eat. You can go on little boat rides or just relax at some of the cities cafes and bars. It is super easy to walk everywhere. I would recommend at least 2 days and nights there, as there is a lot to see and you will also want to relax a little there. It rains a lot, so pick when you go wisely or just take appropriate clothes. Look for somewhere that serves the beef stew (Stoofvlees). It's delicious,Guest review byRico_TGermany - 8.0

Nice places to visit in the city, plenty of restaurants and shops. Sea side is very good and well maintained, very clean. Easy to move around, Tram and train station, all usable with your bank card. Usually plenty of carpark places all over the city. We drove around from here to other city's like Bruge and Ghent and it was fast and it is amazing how they kept the speed limits quite high even in the city. Well done Belgium.Guest review byV - 10.0

We arrived on a Sunday and the taxi dropped us out of town as traffic is restricted on a Sunday jeez indded! It took 30 minutes to trundle our suitcases to the hotel. So, after that initial mishap and feeling like we were in the Truman Show, we thawed and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days in the city. Lovely people, restaurants and bars. Special shout to De Hoorn restaurant and Malz bar.Guest review byGo.mallUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Blankenberge is for my family a special vacation destination...
Blankenberge is for my family a special vacation destination. We like it due to the convenient transport, the train stops in the center of the city. The city is not big and has its charm, by walking it is possible to reach each attraction. The tram allows you to go to the other cities and towns located along the Belgian coast. Therefore, your trip can be even more attractive.Guest review byAnonymousBelgium - 2.0

Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.Guest review byequbazgiSwitzerland - 4.0

Visiting the beach of Knokke Heist helps me understand even more why people come to Greece for summer vacation. The sea is a joke... Greece, the land of blue skies and crystal clear waters... The sea in Knokke is grey at best!!!Guest review byTheodorosGreece - 10.0
Good choice of restaurants with some posh chocolate shops...
Good choice of restaurants with some posh chocolate shops and good beers. Quite a good range of chain stores and niche smaller shops. Really like its compactness and easy train ride from Brussels. Visit Hasselt tourist centre is about 50m from our hotel Het Menneke. Hasselt Greeters offer free personal introduction to Hasselt. The Japanese Garden, the largest in Europe, is well worth a visit. Best restaurant we found was de Orangerie, sited in a long atrium. Nice menu includes Flemish favourites. Attentive staff. Best bar is Koks&Tales, a slick cocktail bar.Guest review byAdrianUnited Kingdom
