Very friendly staff, ready to help anytime. Location is excellent, right next to gate of Old Town. Parking is easy and cheap for Basel. Great garden outside, nice place to relax.

I liked the interior design! The room has a nice design. The sink is outside of the bathroom ( shower & toilet has their own doors) The view from the room is amazing! We stayed at the roof floor. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing!

Our stay at Bloom was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. 2 mins away from 2 tram stations, 10 mins by tram from the train station. The room had everything you need inside, the cleaning was done daily and the atmosphere was very cozy and nice. We even got un upgrade to a bigger room. I would definitely return anytime I visit Basel.
