Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.

    I was only in Geneva one night this time, as I was headed for Bern the next day, but I've always liked Geneva. I was pleased that I had the time before I caught the train for a walk around the central area.

    The hotel was well situated with great views over the lake and easy transport into Geneva as the bus and train station is only about 200 metres away. The local area is very clean and with a selection of places to eat - including an excellent Chinese restaurant 5 ,minutes walk away.

    Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still...

    Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still advertising the Subject Property in Vesenaz because the latter has claimed that it has stopped accepting bookings since the start of the year, and so why did the former take my money/claimed my booking was confirmed. The decent thing to do Booking.Com is not only return my money, but also compensate me for painstakingly finding a substitute accommodation that is almost four times more expensive than the Subject Property that failed/refused me entry on 28 March 2023.

    A great place to stay!

    A great place to stay! The host is such an amazing person and easily approachable. The apartment was so clean with all necessary facilities and my family as a whole enjoyed a lot and I would rate this apartment as the best ever I've stayed so far. Highly recommend! Very good for the pricing.

    We loved Geneva , only disappointing thing was everywhere was shut on the Sunday . Wish trip was longer so we could have went up to Mont Blanc . Didn’t rate the boat trip not much to see , until clouds dispersed. Then could see the tops of alps which looked stunning

    A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

    Geneva lake and surrounding is breath taking view. Public tranport is excellent. We enjoyed Bus card service which offered to toirist to travel around geneva, free of charge, during your stay in Geneva. We dine at Crown plaza, good ambiance.

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking...

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing. Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful. Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.
