We want to express our immense gratitude to the entire staff at the Lifestyle & Spa Hotel Grächerhof for making our stay truly unforgettable. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Heidi (the receptionist) for your warm welcome, fantastic recommendations on things to do in Grächen, providing all the useful information about the property, making a fondue dinner reservation for us, and surprising us with a welcome drink. Thank you, Pedro (the waiter), for your stellar service at the restaurant and for making us feel so comfortable. Once again, we appreciate the amazing coffee we had just before we left! 😉 Please also extend our gratitude to the other waitress (the one with black hair) for being so thoughtful and even setting up the music for us during our anniversary dinner. Thanks to the Chef for making the best omelet I have ever had for breakfast! Thank you, Magda (housekeeping), for your immediate help in providing the items we needed. Thank you, Simon (the owner), for taking the time to check in with us to ensure everything was to our liking, for the lovely conversation, and for your very thoughtful surprise gesture to honor our wedding anniversary. (And again, thanks to Pedro for going the extra mile to deliver it!) The property is new, modern, and cozy, making it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway, a ski trip, or a family vacation. It has the best spa I have ever seen in a three-star hotel,featuring a bio sauna, dry sauna (95°C), steam sauna, jacuzzi, foot massage station, and an incredibly comfortable and peaceful relaxation area with fresh fruit, spa water, and high-quality tea. The location is fantastic-literally right next to the bus station and the cable car to Hannigalp. They even provide special snow-walking shoes for free, and for skiers, there is a designated area to store ski equipment. We are so glad we found and booked this property. We highly recommend it!

-The owners are really kind and helpful. -The breakfast was fresh and you can put your preferences. -Nespresso coffee machine available in the kitchen whenever you want a coffee. -The place is calm.

We feel very lucky to have found Chalet Valerie for our little family vacation. The apartment was clean and comfortable with an incredible view of the mountains and a beautiful, well curated garden. The apartment is perfectly located with easy access to town and hiking/biking trails. And the owner is very kind and accommodating.

I travelled alone in Summer, for hiking tours. Got an excellent room with balcony without too much sight (which did not matter). A good location for robust hiking people. Breathtaking landscapes and views, up to 3000m. In Winter: Close to transporting installations (not operational in summer). Excellent breakfast.

Staff very helpful and good service for my group. She prepare early breakfast before 06.00 o’clock for our group because my group must early move to Glacier Express Train. Thank you very much.
