We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and having parking inside the hotel with elevator access directly to the room was so convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a breathtaking view. The small kitchen was great for preparing quick meals, although there’s no stove. The bathroom was large and spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome.

Personnel were extremely welcoming and professional throughout the stay. Breakfast and Dinner were much appreciated! Dinner carte aligned with fine dining! Afternoon cake is a great idea to welcome back guests after their daily outing! Superior room cleanliness perfect.

Loved the hospitality. we booked a tent by mistake and realized only on the day of arrival . It was pouring heavily outside when we reached the hotel. All though tent would have been a different experience, the staff was kind enough to accommodate us in the hotel close by. We missed asking for their names but there was a lady who was extremely thoughtful and helping everyone. We are flying back today otherwise we would have totally extended the stay. The restaurant staff is also helpful we had some cured meat, cheese and scrambled eggs for breakfast.. .

grate location with spectacular view kind service. clean room a and bathroom . welcome drink was given and surprisingly they give free of charge tickets to the Reuti funicular which is worth to go up to the Hilsiberg area to view and hike free parking 🅿️ food was good fine breakfast as well love it

The hotel was exactly what I booked and expected, nothing to write home about, just your average hotel room to put your head down. what was better, was the staff, I had an unexpected delay, but I called the hotel and the lady was more than happy to wait for us and help us check-in 10/10 for staff 100%.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms. We even got a fan, which is very nice and unusual for the area (and much needed, as it gets hot at night and there is no AC). The receptionist was very kind.
