We stayed 3 nights and booked the small lake-side apartment. The scenery was superb! lake in front of your door with unbeatable view.
Everything was organized very well. I booked a banquet and a small cake for my wife's birthday, The staff was very nice and helpful.
Restaurant was one of the best that I've every visited. And as a guest, you can book 3-course menu for only 55CHF -- this is a super good deal.

FranceThe staff is very welcome weh I arrive. I had an early train to catch next morning and can't wait until breakfast time. The lady was so kind to prepared a bag of breakfast for me (bread with meat, juice, apple and snack). The room is comfortable and cozy. Just two little things, pillow is a little too soft and floor is just a little sandy, but everything else is great! Location is perfect as well. Very close to the train station and bus station.

SwitzerlandWe received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel is full of charm, blending historic character with tasteful modern touches. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, featuring a spacious and relaxing bathroom. As vegans, we appreciated the extra effort the hosts made to provide us with suitable breakfast options. We’ll definitely stay here again — next time we hope to try the restaurant and bar, which were unfortunately closed during our visit.

The room was so comfortable with lots of little touches to make your stay more comfortable. Staff were more than happy to help with anything you needed. I would highly recommend a stay here.

That was only the start of all the personal touches. Twin room had 3 beds in. We requested if they could cook us a omelette or fried eggs instead of the eggs they served for breakfast. It was no bother and done with a smile. Instead of just dropping us off at the railway station the manager carried our luggage and introduced us to the man behind ticket counter. Poschiavo is tranquil and serene place. Small town but big enough to walk if you want a calm quiet moment. I found this place is a bit cheaper to eat in the restaurant than in places like zermatt. The borge (town centre) is very beautiful (and quiet, as it is almost car-free). Many interesting sights, small workshops, museums, cultural and architectural things to see and explore. Friendly people. Once you have seen it all, start exploring the whole of the valley that offers everything from the Bernina Hospizio down to Tirano in Valtalina vallley. We were taking a train trip through Switzerland and this was perfect for an overnight stop. Really close to the train stop, a very good restaurant, very friendly staff and we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely bedroom with spacious lounge area. The breakfast was also good. Lots of interesting architecture, pretty villas and palazzos. Museums not open in the winter which is a shame. Great to use as stop-over on the Bernina train line.
