Yaounde has a lovely fresh weather, nice food, friendly people, a very good Cultural franco camerounes center in downtown. There are no real nice sites to visit or those what we visited were in very bad shape. The traffic and streets are in terrible conditions, there is a huge smog along the streets, you can see the clouds of smog, there are no traffic rules people would keep, motorbikes may come from any directions, it is a miracle how they survive it. We found some kms of better roads but they are eceptions. All richer sites are sorrounded by high walls and fences since the security is a big question. If you are not surrounded by local friends what we had, it woud be even worse. This country needs a lot of money to develop. Rubbish transport is not done therefor there are rubbish nearly everywhere. Most people are very kind and they live in deep poverty. I was warned several times to pull up the car window not to let any people steal anything. International reports are true unfortunately.Guest review byZsoltHungary
