- From US$330.44 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,100 reviewsBeautiful location, hotel and grounds. Closeby lots of restaurants/pubs, beach walks. We stayed in May and there were plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Very close to the beach, we stayed in the grassy adult area most times and swam in the sea and pool. Amazing staff 10/10. Reception staff were always polite and helpful, special thank you for extending chekout so we could enjoy the hotel until it was time to leave. We loved the complimentary cocktail evening with canapes which was a special welcome in the beginning of the season, also the super friendly omelette chef and the experience of making cypriot coffee at breakfast which was also amazing. Would love to stay here again.Guest review byTaniaIsle of Man
- From US$126.11 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 701 reviewsThis facility offered everything I wanted from an accommodation. Central location next to main bus routes, spotless clean, big room &bathroom. The breakfast offered the most wide selection of food from eggs, beans, bacon to a variety of cheese, olives and fried nibbles to a variety of fruit and jams to a variety of cereals. In addition to the usual hot drinks and cold juices, they had a dispenser of hot milk. Friendly, professional and always smiling staff at the reception. Special services offered were pool towels rent, an iron &iron board at the floor for clients use and a late check out for 25euro. Ah, also: SILENT AC BUTTON OPTION!!Guest review bySabrinaIreland
- From US$179.18 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 175 reviewsWe had an amazing stay, the hotel is very modern, clean, everything is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. We had a horrible experience with one of the hotels nearby so we switched hotels and went to the Blue Ivy last minute, and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. We had a great time. The pool and the breakfast buffet are amazing, the cocktails are delicious, jazz music playing … its perfect ! And the manager Nicos is very helpful and will arrange your stay according to your preferences. It definitely exceeded our expectations.Guest review byI.France
- From US$224.77 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 612 reviewsWe lived in the Adamos apartments 5 and 6 within the Cyprus villages accommodation and were very satisfied with the facilities, environment and view from the private terrace, facing towards south/sun. Tochni is a nice authentic village, was very quiet to sleep (we stayed in the end of February). We enjoyed our lunches and dinners at the Tochni Tavern restaurant, which is located in the same premises – we tried other places near by as well, but this can be a food destination by itself if you wander around the area.Guest review byKätlinEstonia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 413 reviewsNice hotel, very good location, good all-inclusive service, delicious food. Comfortable beds. The air conditioner stopped twice, they came to fix it right away, even on Saturday night. We always found a parking space, even though we were on vacation during the busiest week, when it was a Cypriot holiday and all the rooms were booked.Guest review byVeghHungary

Paphos is a beautiful and compact location and everything is within easy reach. Hotels are good quality and the staff at Almyra Hotel were fantastic. The roads have been upgraded- no potholes. I would advise to hire a car : we used PafoRentals - Mr.Antonis and Mr.Tomasz - absolute gentleman - door to door service and good quality vehicles. Restaurants are very good and reasonably priced. I recommend the local ‘Greek mama’s kitchen’ eatery Kourides up in central Paphos.Guest review byRheaTheoUnited Kingdom - 8.0
First, think about what kind of vacation you want.
First, think about what kind of vacation you want. If nightlife and clubs are important to you, it’s best to stay near the center. If you’re looking for a more relaxing holiday and nightlife is not a priority, I recommend finding accommodation close to one of the beaches, preferably Makronisos or Landa (this year Nissi Beach was a disappointment). It’s quieter there, yet you still have restaurants and markets nearby, and you can easily reach the center by bus (around 10 minutes). Be sure to download the Cyprus Bus app to check timetables and routes, it makes planning your trips much easier. Also, don’t rely only on buses 101 and 102; many other lines run along Nissi Avenue and can take you from beach to beach. For those who don’t go to the beach early (before 11–12), it’s a good idea to buy your own umbrella on the first day (around €30 for a good one). After 11–12 it’s hard to find a free sunbed, and it’s a shame to go all the way to the beach only to have to leave or go somewhere else. Take advantage of the fact that the front rows on the beach are reserved for people with their own umbrellas and sunbeds.Guest review byNikolaSerbia - 8.0

Protaras has beautiful beaches, great activities like boat trips and parasailing. The local strip has great restaurants and pubs and is very lively in the evening. Also very close to Ayia Napa and Sotira has really good restaurants.Guest review bySOTIROULLAUnited Kingdom - 10.0
It's a very safe and friendly city.
It's a very safe and friendly city. It is easy to get around and residents are even kind enough to offer you a ride in case you get lost and no taxis in sight. Despite the language barrier, most people at least try to speak English. The food variety is actually limited with most cafés offering fast food which is not a fave. Some organic food would be welcome, including green vegetables which are rare.Guest review byCynthiaKenya - 8.0
Polis is a nice place to spend a couple of days.
Polis is a nice place to spend a couple of days. There are some good restaurants and bars in the center of the town, serving nice traditional dishes in good prices. Nearby Latsi beach is well organised, offering all the amenities someone can expect (lifeguard, changing rooms, toilets). Polis can be used as the base for exploring the area and particularly Akamas peninsula. Highly recommended to 1st time visitors to the island!Guest review byDimitrisCyprus - 10.0

Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus.
Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus. it has a lovely vibe and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. I recommend Pendeli Hotel for a luxurious stay or forest park if looking for a very budget friendly stay. Petit Palais is one of the oldest hotels in the square and is loved by locals and tourists. EnPlatron is one of my favourite Taverns offering great traditional dishes and live music on weekends. Kaledonia Tavern is also a favourite local tavern so make sure to give it a try Cleopatra Bistro is a favourite for modern dining and deserts and beverages. Beautiful and modern decor if looking for yummy fast food try I Sitzia Tou Mavrou for a delicious GyrosGuest review byPasso82Cyprus - 10.0

We chose a strategy of staying in a relatively central location, between Larnaca/Limassol and Ayia Napa, and rented a car. The drives were relatively short, around 30–45 minutes, with clear roads, no traffic, and a highway running across the country. I recommend others do the same.Guest review byRonIsrael - 10.0
Kakopetria is a beautiful destination that combines natural...
Kakopetria is a beautiful destination that combines natural beauty, historical charm, and a sense of tranquility. Its picturesque setting, with stone houses, cobblestone streets, and lush landscapes, creates an idyllic atmosphere for visitors. The surrounding nature is remarkable, with hiking trails like Varkotis and Chromium offering unique paths through green forests and along rivers. The peace provided by the environment makes hiking an invigorating experience. Additionally, the calming sound of the river that flows through the area, like the one you can hear in the backyard of Maritsa Lodge, offers a unique sense of inner peace, almost like the natural white noise of the outdoors. In the village center, the traditional architecture remains intact, with taverns like Podji Poda serving excellent local cuisine, and small cafés welcoming you for a relaxing drink and dessert in the main square. Landmarks such as the chapels of Saint Nicholas and Saint George provide opportunities for pilgrimage, while Marina's Rope Park offers activities for the more adventurous visitors. Overall, Kakopetria is an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, blending absolute tranquility with opportunities for outdoor activities and cultural exploration.Guest review byDimitris31Cyprus
