Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

For meit was the second stay in this absolutely amazing hotel, Guido joined me this time. The colours, the serenity, the library and the beautifull botanic garden grabs you. Mindblowing. The table serverd authentic Egyptian food was so delicious. Don't worry if you travel on your own. You will be invited by the GM Moustafa Elkerdani to join dinner at the so callled communitytable and meet up with staf and other guests. Simply to let us have an splendid holiday. For sure a place to vistit again.....our next stay is already booked! As we are divers it was great that Emperor Divers new divecenter is located in this hotel. They offer a diversity of diving possibilities. Either housereef, nearby shorediving locations or with one of their boats. I'll start with attentive managers 🌷 Thank them for the comfortable arrival and exit from the hotel. The hotel has logical architecture, the territory is large, but all objects are at the same time close, a very picturesque beach with an amazing pier. Heated pools and water park 🥰 Parents are convenient to monitor the children on the water, because everything is perfectly located. Rescuers on the pools do not take their eyes off children, this makes it relaxing to mom👌🏻 Family rooms are incredibly comfortable, a lot of space, a two -tier safe bed for children 🙏 Everything is perfectly clean. The territory is very green and flowering, corresponds to the name is a hotel-garden. The animators are not tired, find an approach to each guest. And thanks to the cooks for high -quality and elegant food🙏

Excellent resort. We visited in January and chose it because it has heated pools. We were not disappointed. Even the Aquapark had warm water for the slides which is very important for us and not easy to find. Pools were almost empty, lots of place to swim. Beach is very nice, lots of space, good snorkeling. I liked the fact that you can walk along the beache to other resorts and nobody stops you because I love strolling along the beach. The staff is so kind and attentive. No pressure for tips, no pressure for tours. It is a real 5 star resort, it feels very upscale. It's spotless. Food is very good. The best grilled shrimp in sauce I have ever had. Strawberries were very good quality, all fresh...in other resorts we rarely got such fresh strawberries.

Food: Many varieties, including Asian, Middle Eastern, European, and Africa. Quality of food is high and always fresh, even if they serve fresh Juices. Activities: they will keep you busy 24 hours, video games, Tennis, football, basketball, waterpark activities, cinema, skating, byccle, electric cars, and so on. There are a lot of turist activities, like boat or desert...

There are a lot of turist activities, like boat or desert trips. The sea is great for snorkelling, the coral reef is not far away, and it's possible to see wild dolphins. Outside resorts, life in Hurghada is not as nice though. The experience with taxis and local people can be awful, they are pushy and often trying to scam you. Always negotiate the price, and book online when possible.

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea...

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

Port Ghalib is worth a visit, outside of the AI Hotels. Nice bars, good restaurants and friendly people. On Saturdays there is now a Cruiseship visiting Port Ghalib, hopefully the effects on the reef etc. will be not too negative.

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

The sea was beautiful.

The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

Very nice and friendly locals!

Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

Hurghada is an amazing destination that truly has something...

Hurghada is an amazing destination that truly has something for everyone! The Red Sea is absolutely stunning — crystal-clear waters, colourful coral reefs, and incredible marine life make it a paradise for swimming, snorkelling, and diving. The city offers a great mix of relaxation and adventure, with plenty of excursions, water sports, and boat trips to nearby islands. The weather is perfect almost all year round, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Locals are friendly, helpful, and always make you feel at home. There are also many beautiful resorts, lively cafes, and excellent restaurants serving delicious Egyptian and international food. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple, Hurghada is the perfect place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sunny and unforgettable getaway!
