Benidorm has something for everyone.
Benidorm has something for everyone. Don’t get hung up on it’s mixed reputation. Some areas may not be for you, but there is so much more. The beaches are some of the best on the Costa Blanca. Old town and Levante are always buzzing with activity all year round, even during weekdays, no other place has this. There’s excellent restaurants if you know where to look, beautiful scenic lookout points, theme parks, waterparks, a zoo, nightlife, etc etc. If you enjoy a more quiet place to stay go for Poniente. It’s also a great base of operations to go out adventuring the area, visit Tabarca island, climb mount Campana, go for a round of golf, visit Alicante. Beautiful fishing town with great bars and restaurants. Second visit here and can't wait to come back. 2hr drive for us from Orihuela Costa but well more the trip. Find hostel Loretto and you'll be on one of the most beautiful streets in the town.
