- From $351.74 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 656 reviewsBovey castl;e is in a beautiful location. The staff were universally helpful and friendly. We did a number of activities whilst there (archery, air rifles, gin/cider making, birds of prey) and all the instructors were great (knowledgable and informal). Rob in the Golfs hop was also super helpful in getting us out on the course for a few holes. The equipment was also good quality for all the activities.. We stayed in a 3 bed lodge which was very well equipped and cosy. Overall really pleased with our 5 night stay for 3 generations of the family. The staff seem happy and friendly and this gives the hotel a relaxed and socialble atmosphere.Guest review byRICHARDUnited Kingdom

Easy to see Exeter on foot from our hotel as a flat 10 minutes walk into the centre. Leaflets available from the nearby museum for historic walks round the town. Cathedral a must see. Lots of excellent shops and restaurants. We used Apple taxis to get up to see family in the university. They were very quick and cheap. Do look out for the hills around the edge of Exeter, quite steep gradients in places. Try eating at On the Green overlooking the cathedral for lunch and Bella Italia for dinner.Guest review byvalerieUnited Kingdom - 10

A beautiful place away from the City hustle.
A beautiful place away from the City hustle. The Caravan stay for awesome and my parents and my family loved it. The caravan booked was for 7 people including 2 kids, which had 3 bedroom and 1 toilet and one toilet and bathroom attached. We booked for 3 nights, and on the second day we decided to check if we could extend the stay for another 3 nights, but it was a shame that caravan was booked and we could not extend our stay. Our car was parked in front of the Caravan we stayed. The nearby food joints was about ~10 to 15 mins walk from the location "Seafield Holiday Park". "Affinity Devon Outlet Shopping" was about 10 mins drive from the location we stayed. I would surely recommend to visit/stay in this place.Guest review byAlexUnited Kingdom - 6.0
