Amazing location next to the subway station, clean and spacious rooms with excellent views. We also received a room upgrade we weren’t expecting so that’s also a plus. Self check-in in was smooth and quick. Only down side was that there are too few lifts for the entire building and on one occasion it took me 10 minutes to get down from 7th floor. Otherwise an excellent hotel, I stayed over fifteen times so far in this hotel when I travel to London.

The hotel was good with nice touch’s such as coffee on demand and nice room. The major downside is despite paying in advance via booking .com the reception took a swipe of card and charged again so have paid twice for same room I had queried this with reception who assured me it would not be charged but was and to date have seen no refund for second charge

Richmond is a wonderful town, with plenty of entertainment such as theatres and cinema, especially Richmond Theatre on Richmond Green. There are plenty of wonderful walking routes and parks, Richmond Royal Park is beautiful. Loads of fantastic Pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. Excellent transport links across London and wider areas. Richmond can be expensive, but is worth the extra costs for a short break.
