Everything was great from the lovely welcome we received from the receptionist on arrival to the lovely room, great breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel was furnished to such a high standard, no expense spared. None of the hotels in the area could have come close to this hotel. The pub on site, The Millstone Hare, served fab food and at resonable prices. Would certainty recommend this hotel, deserves its 5 stars.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and main attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the bartender, Bogdan who went well and beyond to make the best cocktails for us. The room was very clean and so was the pool. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

The staff were all extremely nice through and through. The meals were exceptional - we ate in more than our original plan simply because it was the best food around. The rooms were quiet and the beds were oh so cozy. I don't like to have my room cleaned every day and in this hotel they reward you with a drink for each night skipped.

Loads to do in Stratford upon Avon not just Shakespeare stuff. I went to the MAD museum of automatons which was excellent, and the Cat Cafe. I did go to see a performance of a Shakespeare play and did go on the theatre tour which was good, but I liked the walking tour I did on the Sinister Side of Stratford which was very entertaining.

Kenilworth Castle is a wonderful place to visit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Likewise Kenilworth itself - there is not much left of the Abbey, but it is definitely worth a stroll through the well-kept and tranquil grounds. The shopping area is well served with a large variety of shops, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Another thing I noticed was that there are lots of benches where one can stop to rest.

Rugby is a pretty little town with some history. Most shopping is now in small retail estates on the outskirts, allowing for larger premises and stock. This means the towh centre has small cosy cafes drinking holes and a smattering of charity shops.

I stayed one night at this hotel, and unfortunately, the room I had booked was supposed to have large windows. However, when I checked in, I was given an attic room with very small triangular windows. The room was extremely hot throughout the night, and the air conditioning was not working. I asked the reception for help, but they told me that the air conditioning was broken and could not be fixed, and that my room did not have large windows also ther is no ben bag , im not sure how expensive is

    Service was not good .

Service was not good . We waited long for check in and 3 times had to use my card as the Internet service was bad at reception and kept declining. Room was smelly and pillows were not comfy and old . No extra pillows provided in the room. At breakfast time waited ages for someone to book us but no one available so we went in to the dinning area . Then a staff member rudely asked what room we are in ! Explained no one was at the front desk so came in after waiting ages and also seen other couples face the same thing during breakfast time . The name of the hotel and what we seen advertised was not the same expectation.
