Modern with nice design room, where I can find all fasciitis (air conditioner, tv, kettle, fridge). I even had a bath in bathroom! 2. Increadible view from my room on hills, I can lay on the bed and see how clouds go through the hills) it's better that any TV) 3. Chateau has the best location, because it is in very peaceful place with own area, but at the same time very close to the canyon and path to waterfalls. 4. Chateau it self had an interesting long history and the owner can tell you and show grapes plantation, qvevri, different equipments for wine producing. 5. Staff was very friendly and I want to thank so much the owner, who takes me on a tour of chateau and give me to taste handmade wine and cognac! The quality of this product very high, l regret that can't take some bottles with me) 6. Also there is billard, lounge zone, sheeps and pond with trout and swimming pool, so you can find many activities even in the chateau area) I wish the owner that all his plans become a real!! The hotel is clean and quite 'glitzy' and clearly bulit to accommodate many more guest than it was doing when we were there. It was spacious! Google maps did not take us the right way... So you will need to use Maps Me or intuition to find it as it is in a large Soviet block estate. Or if you're coming from the south with the spa baths park on your left, turn right after the police station, go to the top of a small hill and turn left. Drive alongside a wall, and then left again into the car park at the front of the hotel. The whole experience of this hotel was a tad quirky .. In a good way Breakfast was good. Since we had to leave early in the morning, we requested half an hour earlier from normal breakfast time. The staff was nice and agreed to do it for us. In the kitchen we met 3 aunties who prepared breakfast for us. They are kind and nice. Breakfast was so good and plenty. There was bread, pastry, kachapuri, butter, cheese, honey, omelet pie, boiled egg, juice, coffee (not instant one), yogurt, fruit, vegetable. The apartment is located in a quiet street, 20 minute walk from the center. There is a communal kitchen, fully equipped. Place are “tired” and outdated. Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable. The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded. It’s so nice city , especially in the night with a lights and the streets were have a lot of restaurants and cafes and many gardens were nice too … and the fountain in the center of the city it was so so nice.. This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s.
