We spent 3 sunny days as a family of 4 loving the golden colours of the autumn leaves surrounding the hotel in its idyllic location at the end of the lake with extraordinary 270 degrees of breathtaking views. Large comfortable rooms and spacious balconies were well thought out with excellent facilities (fridge, Nespresso machine etc..) The spa complex was functional but well equipped with a super steam room, sauna and plunge pool. An infinity pool on the roof overlooking the lake was not heated, but an invigorating dip added to the feeling of wellbeing . We also enjoyed a superb hour long massages. And the food… oh my goodness. The breakfast buffet was a work of art almost too good to eat, but it didn’t stop us! Delicious homemade yoghurt and muesli, wonderful mushrooms cooked in tarragon… and the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted, with a perfect freshly made hollendaise. Dinner was a learning experience of tasty and freshly cooked Georgian dishes- all exceptional. After all that food were grateful of the free bikes and pedalo! All the staff, without exception, were charming and helpful We can hardly bring ourselves to leave and will be back. One note- at the time of writing (October 2023) a new building is being constructed adjacent to the current hotel. Found a great bar, very small but the guy that ran it and his wife were amazing, best bar we found in Georgia and probably the smallest and basic but would go there every time. Check out Suphevs Bar if you are in town. Don't be put off by how small it is, the wine and beer he picks himself and he's passionate about it. The town around the castle is nice, the rest is run down, we were recommended to go to Badia restaurant and that was the best choice, lovely meal there, went there on the day we left for coffee and a light bite, enjoyed that too.Guest review byAnonymousIsrael - 8.0

My stay was perfect!
My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. Overall I guess it was ok.
Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)Guest review byJimUnited States - 10.0

Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. Sighnaghi is worth to visit.
Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. Kvareli is the center of the wine in Georgia, however it is not to compare with Champagne or other french wine regions. Once in the resort, we didn't feel the need to explore the area. The resort area alone is massive. We didn't get to see a lot, that's why we're going back. We didn't get to ride the bike, do the spa, walk to St George Church, use all the outdoor pools, there are 5. We didn't have the chance to do a tour on quad bike activity, do a wine tour in Chateau Buera. Didn't get the chance to eat in 2 other restaurants in the vicinity not enjoy drinks by the pool bar.
