- From US$114.45 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 871 reviewsThis is a special hotel with local charm and a relaxed vibe. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the beachfront location was great when you wanted to relax on the lovely sun loungers by the sea. Loved the app where you could order drinks or food to your lounger or room and food was top class. The staff make this place extra special, there were so helpful, expecially so when we need some extra help to see a doctor too. The island itself has so much to offer and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and other beach areas within walking distance.Guest review bySarahIreland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 562 reviewsWe were there before check in time and they let us store our luggage near reception and actually enjoy the sun beds near the pool whilst the room was getting ready which was super! The room was nice and the balcony was huge and was overlooking the pool as well. They also let us leave our bags there again and use the sun beds near the pool after we checked out and that was very much appreciated :) The hotel is very close to Skala port which is great - it's also near a lot of restaurants.Guest review byKylieMalta
- From US$69.37 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 698 reviewsWe had a wonderful time! First of all, the hotel has a great staff. Nadia was extremely helpful, kind and made us feel welcome. Always greeted us with a smile and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are cleaned everyday, which is great, and the cleaning lady was also lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect and the view is beautiful. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and hopefully come again soon. Thanks for a great vacation, Nina, Alma & LevGuest review byLevIsrael

We we're welcomed by sincere smiles and unmatched hospitality. Every morning starts of with a most exquisite homemade breakfast, which alone could be worth the stay at this lovely hotel.Guest review byStasaSerbia

a lovely quiet little villiabge, hugging the coastline with spectacular sunsets and beaches. Plenty of options for food and refreshments, and some shops for holiday essentials. Easy drive to the end of the island (Only really one road) to beautiful beaches with beach bars and loungers and easy parking. Skala has a jetty catering for the various ferries plus visiting yachts. the beach is great for swimming - soft white sand, with no rocks or weeds, shelving very slowly.Guest review byjasonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

it's the less turistic village in Agistri, and that's why it's perfect I recomand taking a day boat ride with christos and going to the live music nights in the yacht club in milos hotel.Guest review byInbalIsrael - 10.0

Extremely clear and warm waters! The island is generally green! Overall the location has everything you need, such as several restaurants and bars, however it does not have many bank services for withdrawing money!Guest review byChristosGreece - 10.0

Megalochori is a small village, Noima Hotel where we stayed was opposite the beach. There is a promenade right on the beach for early morning walks or jogging. The port is 3 minutes walk away, so we didn't need a taxi or a car to move around. You can rent motorbikes, bicycles and you can go round the island. There is an efficient and prompt bus service which takes you to the two famous beaches of the island (Dragonera and Aponisos). Both worth a day's visit and the sea is unbelievably clear and inviting.Guest review byAnonymousCyprus - 10.0
Having regularly visited the island of Agistri for day-trips...
Having regularly visited the island of Agistri for day-trips in the past, last year we decided to stay at Skala for 3 nights. Our hotel at that time, although very good, was very near restaurants and bars which made it rather noisy. This year we stayed for 4 nights and opted for a guest house a little further away from the main area of Skala. Our choice proved most suitable to us. There are several hotels and guest houses. Skala has a wide range of restaurants, cafes & bars and those we visited based on web reviews proved to be very good. All restaurants have music (thankfully not all with loud volume). There is also a superb bakery, with a good barista service too! The main beach (sandy) is very pleasant. Frequent ferry service to nearby island of Aegina and port of Piraeus. As we were leaving in late June, it felt as if the island overall has become increasingly popular (it certainly does not appear to have affected the overall experience of the place) and anyone wishing for a more relaxed stay might prefer to visit during the shoulder season, then again that applies to most places!Guest review byMarcUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I really loved this side of Agistri, honestly, when we had to pack up and move to a new room in Skala,I was sad. I really enjoyed the quiet, tranquil setting of Megalochori. Do yourself a favor and book a trip with Kristos on the Jaimaca boat tour, it was a fabulous experience. He also plays the Bazookie exceptionally well. It was incredible to see the shipwreck he takes you to and lunch in Methana was perfect. Can’t say enough about it. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment we had on this side of Megalochori.Guest review byAnonymousUnited States
