I stayed in this hotel 5 nights with my best friend and we loved everything about the place! The hotel was very peaceful and beautiful and we loved our private jacuzzi. The location was very nice, near the beach, where there are lots of great restaurants. The breakfast was so delicious and it was nice to have it in our own privacy at the room. We also loved the drinks at the pool bar and especially frappe! The staff is so amazing, they are exceptionally hospitable. Special thanks to lovely Andreas who took such a good care of us and was beyond kind and helpful! We enjoyed every moment and already miss this place and the people there! Efkharisto!!

Nice clean place to stay, very friendly people. You get a simple clean room and some food for breakfast (no hot food). Breakfast consist of Greek yogurt, a pastry, bread, a boiled egg, a fruit and drinks. Short walk to the beach, but you have to walk through the residential area and on the road, so maybe not suitable with little kids, or people with mobility issues. We only stayed one night.

Brand new property ,I was very glad to be the first person who sleeps on that mattress 😍 It’s just 3 minutes walk to the beach where they have their own Taverna as well,and we can have sunbeds and shade on the black beach. I was lucky to be on Their Greek dancing party ,it was big fun with the live music and smashing plates.

We stayed with a group of friends at Blackcoast Santorini. We had an amazing time. The place was clean. Sylvia was cleaning our room every single day. The pool was great and had salty water. The shop is very close, walking distance and the beach as well. We had the best time and we'll come back.

    Staff was great. The main great aspect of this staying. Always available and working with a smile on their face despite working long shifts. Food at breakfast had a good variety and excellent quality. Swimming pools attract my daughter attention and we spent a lot of time there. Hopefully we were not too noisy for other guests. At lunch the pool bar was good enough to take some bites and be ready for afternoon's excursions of the island. Every location achievable in no more than 30-40 minutes. If ever back in Santorini, i will go to Santo Miramare resort again.

    The grandma at the reception is very sweet and funny, if you need something ( airport transfer, tour, excursion) she will call them for you and book it for you, got us the best price. The loaction is excellent, just 5 mins from the beach by car, there is an on site car rental, but also other 3 along the road to the beach, The daily cleaning was fine, its not the best but for the price you pay you can't complain. Also, there is a cat that visits you everyday just when you start eating, like clockwork.

    If you want to experience the true hospitality of the people of Santorini, then Mandilaria Studios is your place! Excellent price/quality ratio, exceptional cleanliness of the rooms, a wonderful swimming pool and the hospitality of the hosts, who are always ready to help with any questions. Near the apartments there is a supermarket and an excellent tavern with good prices. Many thanks to the staff of Mandilaria Studios for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!

    An excellent hotel which was exceptionally clean with good facilities in a great location. Ritsa was always very helpful with advice on what to do/see and how to get around the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Staying in the south provided a quieter place to stay but so nice being away from the crowds of the north. The hotel was perfectly situated by being close to the beach and some great places to eat and drink.

    My stay at The Best was really the best. I had everything I needed throughout my stay and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The room is really cosy and sweet, the location is a short walk away from the beach. Watching the sunset from the roof is amazing. And though it was out of season, there were still some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend this place.

    I recommend this hotel to be your stay in Perissa because it is very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the beach is literally in front of you and the staff is 24/7 available for you and very kind. They also offer you trips directly from the hotel like horse riding, cruise with ship, transfer to Oia or Fira.

    Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

    the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

    Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

    A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

    Perissa is a great place to stay for holiday and workcation. There are multiple location to eat food and to stay and to be honest, the prices are probably the best on Santorini! I enjoyed my time here and would return anytime.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.
