Breakfast is not available at this time. Manolo, owner and manager picked us up at the ferry. We enjoyed talking with him. The location is very convenient for both Old Town and NewTown . The design of the room and bathroom is very good. There is also a private patio.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the room was impeccably clean with effective soundproofing. The hotel's garden was so peaceful, and its location couldn't have been better, just a few steps away from all the main attractions. I highly recommend this place!

Staying at this hotel made our first time in Greece truly memorable. The owners, Mr. George & Mrs. Eirini were super approachable & helpful and the staff (Niki & Ioanna at reception/ Nikos at the restaurant/ Housekeeping ladies/ Bellboy & maintenance guy) were very accommodating and provided impeccable service. They catered and answered to all of our needs during our stay & have welcomed us from day one. They made sure we are well taken cared of. Niki at reception gave us restaurant recommendations, beaches to visit & useful tips to help us enjoy Mykonos to the fullest. She was superb in what she does & was very friendly & kind. The hotel is brand new and we love the aesthetic of our room. Best thing is they upgraded us at no extra cost so we were able to enjoy the heated pool everyday! The breakfast included in our booking had excellent options & were freshly cooked everyday for me & my husband to start our day. We appreciated this a lot since we are big breakfast people. Nikos served us with a big smile every time & we love his positive attitude. The chefs were great too. Plus the view of the Aegean sea while having our meals were priceless. Ioanna helped us book our car rental & was also very cheerful. The housekeeping ladies cleaned our room everyday & made sure we had new towels and sheets each day. They were all amazing. The location was perfect & super convenient since we took the public bus most days. It was walking distance to two amazing beaches, Psarou & Platis Gialos, as well as Nammos Village which was a shopping haven. It was also close to tons of good restaurants as well as mini markets/convenience stores. We will be back at this property next year & we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Mykonos.

Our stay at Kalea Mykonos was unforgettable. The property is stunning—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with breathtaking views that capture the essence of Mykonos. The staff was attentive and warm, always available to help with recommendations or arrangements, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location is perfect—close enough to the buzz of Mykonos Town, but just far enough to enjoy peace and privacy. From the beautifully curated interiors to the relaxing outdoor spaces, everything was curated for comfort and elegance. Would absolutely return.

Mykonos Highlights

Little Venice

As the island’s romantic corner, picturesque Little Venice is the perfect spot for enjoying the sunset, with the sea right at your doorstep.

Windmills on Mykonos

Well-known symbols of Mykonos, these whitewashed windmills perched on a hill are the first thing you see when arriving on the island.

Panagia Paraportiani

The most photographed church on Mykonos, Panagia Paraportiani consists of five smaller churches built over a period of 200 years.

Delos Island

A religious and economic center in antiquity and a must-see archaeological site, the uninhabited Delos Island is only accessible from Mykonos.

Armenistis Lighthouse

On the edge of Cape Armenistis, the historic Armenistis Lighthouse offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Tinos Island.

Super Paradise Beach

Surrounded by coves, Super Paradise Beach is the island’s ideal spot for all-day partying next to the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean.

Psarou

Featuring crystal-clear water and a popular seaside restaurant, the sandy and well-organized Psarou Beach is a favorite spot of celebrities.

Elia Beach

Elisa Beach is the longest sandy beach in Mykonos Island and the perfect spot for an array of water sports.

Mykonos Town

Scenic Mykonos Town is the island’s most popular destination, with its cobblestone alleys, renowned restaurants and eventful nightlife.

FAQs about hotels in Mykonos

The Exclusive Party Island

The ‘Island of Wind’, Mykonos is best known for its 16th-century windmills, good watersports and outrageous nightlife.

The capital is liberal Mykonos Town (or Chora), where windmills overlook beautiful Little Venice with whitewashed houses right on the water. Keep an eye out for Petros the Pelican – the island’s mascot - by the beach. The sunsets here are fantastic, but it’s after dark that the bars and clubs (including famous Cavo Paradiso) on its cobbled streets kick into life. This is the de facto Greek party island, but unlike less exclusive counterparts Malia and Faliraki, you might struggle to find cheap Mykonos hotels here.

A complete contrast is laidback Kalafati, popular with windsurfers. Good for surfing is Ornos, while next door Aghios Ioannis was the setting for the ‘Shirley Valentine’ film. Its sandy beach offers views of uninhabited Delos island whose archaeological sites are UNESCO World Heritage listed.

Elia has the longest beach, while around the coast is Platis Gialos, a popular resort with a good number of Mykonos hotels on the beach on Booking.com. Glass-bottomed boats departing from here give great views of local sealife.

Cruise ships dock at Tourlos and the turquoise waters of neighbouring Aghios Stefanos are sheltered by low hills. Inland, peaceful Ano Mera provides a taste of more traditional Mykonos life.

A Perfect Stay Made Unforgettable by the Amazing Staff! We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel and felt completely at home thanks to the exceptional team who made our stay so special. I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Aggelos, Christina, Andreas, Kostas, Elena, Panos, and Velislava – each of them was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out and made all the difference. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location was great, but what really made our experience unforgettable was the people working here – they are the heart and soul of this place. Thank you once again for everything. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for two people. The pool was amazing with a stunning view of the sea, and the sunsets by the pool were simply breathtaking. The service was outstanding — very friendly and attentive staff. I originally booked for 4 nights, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because I loved both the hotel and the city so much. Highly recommended!

Picturesque city with a multitude of bars and restaurants.

Picturesque city with a multitude of bars and restaurants. A few high end clothing stores, and many many businesses selling jewelry, clothes, souvenirs and fridge magnets. Quite small, apparently caters to party goers over the summer (went in October end of season, where most main venues had closed).

Expensive sun beds that took up 95% of beach in the first week of Oct. Everyone squashed on a tiny section which was a real shame. Very good facilities around the area for food and supermarkets tho. Get bus to Agios Ioannis for lovely unspoiled beach with no bars

We stayed in Agios Ioannis during our trip to Mykonos and absolutely loved it. The location is ideal — quiet and peaceful compared to the busier parts of the island, yet still close enough to reach Mykonos Town in just a short drive. The beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water and stunning sunset views right over Delos. What really stood out was the relaxed atmosphere. It felt like a true escape from the crowds, while still offering lovely tavernas and beach clubs within walking distance. The area felt authentic and safe, with a touch of luxury. If you’re looking for a spot in Mykonos that balances tranquility with easy access to everything, Agios Ioannis is a perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely return!

The beach is all pebbles, Naxos beaches were better.

The beach is all pebbles, Naxos beaches were better. There didn't seem to be a lot of extra activities at the beach like you see at other tourist beaches, but I also went in late September so might be more mid-year. Not much for snorkeling either. Its not a bad beach, just not particularly interesting. There is just the one public bus so you can't miss it. There are a few places to eat nearby, but closed because it was so late in the year.

The location was great to catch the ferry to Naxos.

The location was great to catch the ferry to Naxos. Sea taxi into Mykonos town and in the town was extremely busy with the people from the cruise ships. Mykonos is beautiful but very expensive. The new port for the ferry’s is a nightmare a free for all with very little help telling you where to go or what to do. I’m glad I’ve experienced it, but I won’t go again.

It's a quiet beach. The sand is clean and very soft. There are no rocks, making it easy to swim or simply walk. You can rent loungers and umbrellas at a reasonable price. Nearby, there is a well-stocked supermarket with options for both sweet and savory food on site, and next to it, there is a café restaurant. There is also a very convenient and professional scooter rental. All the staff are very friendly. To get around Mykonos, it is advisable to rent a scooter to avoid the traffic and queues of numerous cars. I would definitely return and recommend this location for a vacation somewhat away from the noise of the center.

LGBT friendly beach. Well, mostly men. Less noisy than Super Paradise. Nudist friendly, great vibes all arround. The only minus is the pricing and conditions because they impose a minimum charge from the bar, that they've never enforced, but still, it's a bit annoying when you already pay 70EUR for 2 sunbeds to also be forced to make a minumum order of 100 EUR from the bar. The beach restaurant is very good.
