The property is newly opened and so all facilities are up-to-date, clean and inviting. The location is great, just a short walk downhill to Grikos beach. The staff are more than happy to help with suggestions on beaches, restaurants and shopping. The team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely return!

This was a beautifully authentic Greek Island resort and everything we hoped for. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The views from the restaurant and our balconies were breathtaking. The breakfast was wonderful! We loved every minute of it. Patmos is a special island in so many different ways.

Convenient & safe location & close for cheap ticket public bus, restaurants, beach, central square for shop, healthcare., etc. Very nice family oriented management. Very nice staffs. Very clean. This is a very special place. We felt like part of the family from the moment Nicolas picked us up from the ferry. Room was clean and cozy with some home baked cake and eggs fresh eggs their chickens waiting when we arrived. Nicolas and his family simply can’t do enough for you! Hope to stay longer next time!

I wanted a budget property near to the port but this was so much more for the money. Rooms were decorated in a traditional Greek style and more than adequate for a short stay. Rooms had balconies either facing the sea or the monastery and opened on to a shared courtyard. There was a bar downstairs for drinks and toast and the staff were delightful Moments from restaurants and shops and 50m from the local bus which took you all over the island.
