Mastrali was lovely and Harrys was very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious meal in his restaurant up in the village too. This island is ideal if you want total peace and quiet.
This island is ideal if you want total peace and quiet. If you want a choice of tavernas though there is only one. There is one bar and a mini market. I didn't travel anywhere as I only found out too late that bus was in fact a mini bus. Not sure it ran to the timetable though.Guest review byBrendaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Sikinos is a very small island no big hotels only one car hire company DROSOS(not very helpful) bad customer service. Port beach is very nice, great for families. Ferries do not visit every day so pick days to travel when multiple ferries arrive otherwise you could be stranded. Our ferry was cancelled due to high winds luckily another ferry did arrive at 11pm which we were able to buy tickets for. We had to leave our room by 2pm which meant a long afternoon on the beach with no shower (beaches do not have showers used bottled water to get rid of salt) we arrived in Santorini at 1:30am very tired.Guest review byamandaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Sikinos. One of greeks unknown, unspoilt islands.
Sikinos. One of greeks unknown, unspoilt islands. Traditional, small andbeautiful. Great for a couple of days tranquility in the middle of the other hectic islands you may be visiting. Its easy to get to Sikinos as ferries go a few times a week from the other Cycladic islands. Cheap ferries too. Bus service and bookable taxi if needed Lovely beach near the port. The sunsets and scenary are to die for.Guest review byDeb PaytonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A beautifully unspoilt island with many locals holidaying on the clean beach. A great place for chilling and exploring with an excellent local bus taking regular trips from the port and beach to Chora town at the top of the island. A few local tavernas on the beach from with a few more classier ones on the top part of the island. Historical, cultural and traditional in all aspects.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

There is limited public transport, and a couple of taxis But Sikinos is a island not tainted by mass tourism. What you see is what you get.Just don't expect more than a simple lifestyle.Just like the local inhabitants, and you won't go far wrong! One of our top 5 greek islands.Guest review bySTEPHENUnited Kingdom - 10.0
