The staff is so lovely and welcoming especially Jay (Most viby Bartender), Fanny (hope i spelled the name right haha) and Alex. You will find them down at the bar during the day next to the water. Speaking of water. The hotel has an exclusive access to the sea with wide and shallow water. Great for swimming and snorkeling! The food and drinks are super delicious. We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. If you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, night life), Tsilivi is a good spot. If you are searching for something more relaxed, i advise to search for other locations in the island. The whole place is relaxed, happy, and just such a good place to be, a perfect location to unwind and enjoy after a few months hard slog at home. Small village with plenty of choice of eateries, bars and mainly tourust shops. Not the best beach in Zante but nice enough if you're lucky enough to bag one of the limited good spots. Calm and very nice area. Close to the sea, perfect for relaxation, away from the crowds. The only thing i do not like, but this is not related to this specific area, are the roads.
