I had a great stay there. Everything was clean and new. The room is quite spacious, and I think I was bumped to a seaview room on the second day. I would say mountain view and sea view rooms are both amazing. Special thanks to Petros at the reception who is very very friendly and helped me a lot. Breakfast was also great, with a lot to choose from and freshely made omelets as well.

It was very comfortable to stay at Casa dl Pierro. Room was perfect and clean. We stayed 3 nights. They give us a lot of suggestions about the island(where to swim, where to eat) and all of them were really nice places. We requested to arrange a boat tour and it was the best experience.     Gloria Maris probably or most definitely has the best location on the island. I can guarantee you will experience the best most relaxing vacation in this hotel. Embedded into the landscape it serves you with an incredible view to the south (sunrise) and you can see the turtle island right up front. 🏝️ 🐢 We were in one of the private suites with a private (shared area) swimming pool for suite guests, which is an incredible infinity pool. The staff is so lovely and welcoming especially Jay (Most viby Bartender), Fanny (hope i spelled the name right haha) and Alex. You will find them down at the bar during the day next to the water. Speaking of water. The hotel has an exclusive access to the sea with wide and shallow water. Great for swimming and snorkeling! The food and drinks are super delicious.     Palatino hotel was a great choice for our vacation. It is located just few minutes walk from the beach (the beach is nice but stony, there is also a beach bar where you can rent the sunbeds and umbrella), it is also close to the town centre, cafes and restaurants. The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, really adding up to the pleasant stay. Room had a big balcony, was clean and spacious. Breakfast and especially dinner buffet exceeded our expectation, simple but really tasty and fresh food, with quite a few choices and dinner meals were also different every night. Strongly recommended hotel.

    Cleanliness, daily cleanup and change of towels, varied breakfast, friendly staff. Astonishing location of the hotel and great view during breakfast. As a bonus: the hotel provides beach towels and umbrella, also you can leave your luggage at the reception and use a shower in case of a flight in the evening. A slight problem with our A/C (leaking) was resolved rapidly.

Fortunately there are no Jet2.com teenagers so it is a really perfecft stay for relax and having a pleasant holiday. Most of the staff was friendlly.

    A lovely town - definitely tourist central (main source of income) but there is so much more than "downtown" madness lol - Take a long walk to Turtle Island (go early to get your spot on the small beach, entrance fee of around Euro6). Hike the side roads admiring the olive trees and farm animals. Rent a quad or car and explore further afield. Tour pickups are readily available. The food, coffee and drinks are delicious and within reason depending on what you care to spend - LOVED the icecream cafe close to the beach and there is a delightful European Bakery to enjoy fresh cream or chocolate yummies. Almost everyone is friendly - like everywhere, if you smile and 'ask" courteously, in return you will receive a positive response! A week is a good stop - 10days if you are wanting to spend more time lounging on the northern beaches. A worthwhile happy stop :)

    The town of Zante is lively with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The beaches and water are amazing. Most offer sun beds with amenities to spend the day. Boat trips to caves and swimming spots are a must!

    If you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, night life), Tsilivi is a good spot. If you are searching for something more relaxed, i advise to search for other locations in the island. Tsilivi is probably the best basis to visit all the rest of the island, very centered, but we were looking for a more relaxed and less"touristic" area.

    An abundance of Restaurants of many denominations, plus plenty of themed bars for drinks, all within walking distance, just perfect!!! The whole place is relaxed, happy, and just such a good place to be, a perfect location to unwind and enjoy after a few months hard slog at home. Or, a great location to hit the bars and live the high life, your choice, a fantastic location for singles, couples, groups and families alike, Kalamaki has just about everything, for everyone, and everyone is just so friendly; what a place to live, never mind just holiday!!!

    Argasi is a small town with lots to offer.

    Argasi is a small town with lots to offer. There is a good mix of bars & nightclubs, but not too lively. Great restaurants the length of the town & all within walking distance, except the one on the hill, but they will collect & return you from your hotel for free. Great beach bars just off the main road, so look out for signs to Remezzo (our favourite) etc on the waterfront. Plenty of places to shop around for car/quad hire & trips around the island, on land & sea. A fun train runs into Zante town every day from opposite Legends bar (€8 return) Just the most wonderful people & easy for us to return yearly.

    We loved the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, the amazing Turtle Rescue Centre, Kostas' Brother Tavern and also Familia Tavern, The Bay Hotel, the landscape, with olive groves in abundance.

    Alikanas is lovely with the mountain backdrop and the clear waters when there’s no wind. What I miss was a sidewalk. It’s difficult to go for a walk as there’s no sidewalk and on the beach there’s no continuous access.

    We were returning visitors and much has changed in the six years between visits, there are many more new buildings and hotels and there seems to be a load of car hire places that didn’t exist before. Currently it is still very peaceful and quiet which might not suit everyone (particularly families?) but as someone in their mid fifties I loved the fact there was 3 shops, and 3 restaurants within I 5 minute walk from our base I didn’t need anything else but thrill seekers might be a little bored.

    The location was beautiful, so green with stunning mountains leading down to the beach with views of turtle island. Nice selection of restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of boat rental companies. We liked Tzanetos restaurant most, sit upstairs with lovely views. We hired a boat from Sirocco, right on the sea front, they were not pushy and were very professional.

    Just the right amount of busy for us as a couple and great for families with young children. The beach is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants to go. Supermarket there stocks everything you need.
