Everything was fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. Easy access to the citygate mall and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (no issues there too)

came for a 2 nights short visit in hong kong. we choose the hotel due to the fact we had an early flight on the second night abd we didnt want to travel from the city that early. location is perfect. shuttle to the coty made our visit very easy. breakfast is unbelievable, and the pool and spa was an awesome treat for the end of the day. impressive hotel.

Had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong. The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The buffet was honestly one of the best I’ve had so far — especially the truffle mashed potatoes… just wow. Absolutely unforgettable. What really stood out was the staff’s flexibility and hospitality. They kindly extended my late check-out, which made catching my flight so much more convenient — no unnecessary waiting at the airport. Little touches like that make all the difference. Also , this is a good hotel to explore Lantau island (I took a 3.5 hour hiking from Tung Chung to Tai O, a historic fishing village ) and Peng Chau island of Hong Kong (another village that is 10 minutes ferry from Discovery bay's pier) 2. good value : typically a 4-star cosy hotel in Hong Kong with 32 square metre room space, at least HK$1800 per night 3. reliable transport service : bus route DB02R to airport running on a schedule once an hour , DB01R to subway station Tung Chung running on a schedule once every 15-20 minutes ), and a Kaito ferry service to Ping Chau island (around once an hour)
