- From US$213.16 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,413 reviewsWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Brown Beach House in Croatia for one night, and we must say, it left a wonderful impression! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a fantastic start to our stay. The room was spacious, immaculate, and provided a perfect retreat for our getaway. The breakfasts were delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day on a high note. Additionally, we enjoyed a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel is very convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax. We highly recommend Brown Beach House to anyone visiting Croatia. Our brief stay was so enjoyable that we will definitely be returning in the future!Guest review byPui SzeHong Kong
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 509 reviewsWe stayed at this hotel for four days and everything was perfect. The staff truly cares about their guests and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also booked a tour through the hotel managers, and it was an amazing experience. As we had an early check-out, they kindly prepared food for us the evening before, which was very thoughtful. If you are looking to combine a relaxing beach holiday with visiting beautiful cities like Trogir and Split, this hotel is a perfect choice. The beach is just a short walk away, no more than three minutes, and both the bus stop and boat to the cities are very close to the hotel. This is especially convenient for travelers without a car. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return 😊😊Guest review byViktoriiaLatvia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 903 reviewsA Great beach accross the road and quiet rooms. Dinner was amazing and we went every night to the restaurant and food was fabulous and staff were brilliant. Wonderful Beach accross the road was sooooo good , and they had towels and beach mats to use. Had a wee deck outside our room we used together , as we had two rooms , and the deck / spa area we used like an outside room. Quiet boutique hotel. Family run. Good staff. Great food. But Town was a cab ride away and they have some busses. We didn’t get cabs or Ubers quickly as they took forever. It’s quite a big distance out of town.Guest review byShirleenNew Zealand
- From US$111.97 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 334 reviewsThe staff were amazing and above all, the two staff members that we had the most contact and assistance from were Catherena and Tina. They were amazing and went over and above to be of assistance and understanding during our stay. Cant remember the guy on reception on our arrival but he was also amazing. We actually stayed in hotel again a few days later, subsequent to our original stay, we enjoyed it so much. Definitely will be back.Guest review bypeterIreland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 66 reviewsWe really loved the design of the mobile homes and that someone, who created the concept was thinking about the placement of the terraces, so they have a sea view, even if in the second row. We enjoyed the terrace 100% during day and in the evening, spent most time here - and its covered so even when it was rainy it was not a problem.Guest review byVeronikaSlovakia

Trogir is a small town which can be seen very quickly. Its ancient and narrow streets are filled with cafes and shops. Very charming and fun to visit. Cobblestone streets and is very lively at night. Huge yachts are docked along the main Riva.Guest review byGeorgeUnited States - 10.0

We travelled in September as we don't like holidaying when there are masses of families around. The resort is a short distance from Trogir but this suited us as we wanted peace and relaxation with the option of a bit more excitement within a short taxi ride or bus trip. There's a handful of restaurants locally and a couple of shops for basic supplies. The resort felt very safe.Guest review bySheilaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

This is a lovely little town, with very nice restaurants, well-priced. We liked that the town is not touristy at all. We did a lot of walking in the area. I wish we had time to visit the beach - it looked nice.Guest review byLJCurlettaUnited States - 10.0

Slatine is a quieter place near Trogir, with nice pebble beaches suitable for families with children. The sea is beautifully clean with a gentle entry into the water. There is a small harbor from which you can set off on a trip to Split or Trogir. The problem is the narrow roads where it is difficult to avoid cars and people.Guest review byJaroslavaCzech Republic - 6.0
A small, quiet village with a slow pace of life.
A small, quiet village with a slow pace of life. A beautiful bay with clear water and plenty of water sports options available, but the gravelly beach, many boats and a serious mosquito issue made it a less than appealing swimming/sunbathing destination. A good number of restaurants along the waterfront, though all a bit pricey to eat out in every night and all pretty similar in terms of menu (and more limited in menu options in September when we visited, i.e., outside of the high season - many dishes were simply not available). A narrow road to and from Marina (with the nearest large-ish supermarket and pharmacy, there are a couple of small convenience stores in Vinisce) was about a 15-minute drive over a relatively steep hill with hairpin bends, with beautiful views but occasionally a bit tight for comfort when driving. We were able to take a boat tour from the village out to the islands fro snorkelling and lunch at Restoran Turanj in Stormoska on the island of Solta (beautiful location, great food, but pricey). About 30 minutes to Trogir (didn't enjoy, very touristy) or the airport (very handy), and about an hour to Split or Sibenik (both highly recommended).Guest review bySimonIreland - 10.0

The villa was great inside/outside with nice pool area, the beach was 5 mins away with the restaurant - fast food facilities. The local grocery shop was in short distance and the large store was in Rogoznica 10mins away by car. We enjoyed it every minute in Sevid. Thank youGuest review byMarekUnited Kingdom - 10.0

okrug gornji is quite big and obtains everything you might wish for. the beaches are beautiful, although you might want to consider a different location if you want a bit more peace and quiet, since it did get a bit crowded throughout the day. we never had a problem to find an empty spot at the beach tho and there was never too many people in the sea either. there were many options for food and drinks along the beach, such as many fastfoods, smoothies, bubble tea, bars, ice cream stores and much more. there was also a souvenir shop and an arcade to occupy the little ones. grocery stores were right by the beach, just like many different restaurants varying from pizzerias to places with fresh fish. as for the transport, there were buses going around all day, you could get a cab if needed or maybe the easiest way of transport throughout the not-so-wide streets - you can rent a scooter. everything was by walking distance tho, so if you don't plan on going to a different city or traveling somewhere further, there's no need for a car in this location.Guest review byBronislawsSlovakia - 10.0

We had a great stay,it was our honeymoon, facilities were excellent,WiFi hit and miss but the owner getting new equipment but didn't bother us.A car is a must, the house is isolated up in the hills but still close enough to amenities,Lidl a couple of miles away.Guest review byJamesUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Everything about this place is breathtaking.
Everything about this place is breathtaking. Except for one thing: the sheer number of tourists. That's why it's worth sleeping there to enjoy the place late at night and especially in the morning. In the middle of the day, many, many tourists arrive, and it's really difficult then.Guest review byBartoszPoland - 8.0

Fantastic facilities, exceptionally clean everywhere..all the staff were lovely and so helpful . My only complaint would be that the pool should have a lifeguard or someone policing it . It was actually a safety issue . Jumping from wall at atop pool into lower pool. Can’t swim for floats that are too big for the pool and people dive bombing constantly. Kids running riot .Cant get in the pool steps because of babies sitting on them . signs that are not adhered to because nobody is enforcing policies. Would not return due to this.Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom
