Had the most amazing stay for 1 night as we climbed mt ljen. The owner was so kind, helpful and arranged everything for us to go hike mt ljen. He provided us with medical certificates (which we didn’t know we needed), gave us free gas masks and even arranged for one of his friends to buy us the tickets when we arrived at mt ljen. Room was very clean, comfortable and AC worked great. Very cool location that has way more of a local feel!

Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay.
