Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard.     Very quiet and comfortable. You can occupy the whole beach. Happy hour gives you very relaxing moments on the beach with good quality of food and drinks at very reasonable price. Restaurants are bit expensive, but a variety of breakfast is more than enough so we skipped lunch. Bringing food may be a good idea because rooms are equipped with a microwave.

    TP is not really a tourist place.

    TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

    Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold

    Nice chill getaway from bustling Singapore on a budget. It's a very commercial town with not many things to do. Great food, great people, beautiful sights and some light hikes. Not great for beaches though. If you do decide to have a dip, take note that many people there are very conservative in dress-wise. I wouldn't recommend a bikini.

    The Mega Shopping Mall was great. New and Big. Nice restaurants inside. Good for those who love shopping. We ate in a nice restaurant with local food dishes. 1 Very Strong PLUS Point is that Batam Center is located just near the Ferry Terminal! That's why we chose here in the 1st place!
