MaltaWe had a fantastic experience at the Springfield Hotel. It is a very stylish hotel, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We booked a family deluxe room, which was spacious, had exceptionally comfortable beds and also a balcony overlooking a wide and open country view.
Breakfast was another high point of our stay and had a variety of options. The staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive and respectful.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Springfield Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay close to Dublin.

They were always happy to help and advise. The hotel itself is lovely - simple but incredibly clean and comfortable. Its in a great location too - so easy to access transport to get into the city. We loved our stay!

It has a fantastic shopping centre with various food venues but are only a very small number of it closes at 9pm. In the area but here are only a very small number of eating places open in the evening. We were not impressed. The price does not match the quality of the room. The room and the bathroom are extremely small ( esp the toilet) and the location is not ideal. Golden Dawn accommodation is located at end of Rathcoole village just off main Cork Dublin M7 motorway on edge of Dublin City. A highly recommended location for those needing to go airport next day (simply drive on M7 towards M50 Ring Road and continue to airport). Dined at The Poitin Still pub restaurant 1.5km away - famous place, recommended for food - much history in the pictures and plaques on walls - a local crowd, not touristy. Beautiful hotel, modern, clean and tidy! Perfect room facilities, hotel bar and restaurant was lovely very friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast on the morning was worth every penny and more, the selection of warm and cold food and drinks was perfect, filling and tastes so good! There isn’t much around the hotel in regard to pubs however taxis/ubers easy accessible, 15/20 drive to the city. Short travel from and to the airport. There is a McDonald’s behind the hotel, however opted for proper cooked food within the hotel which again perfect! There is a shopping centre not far from the hotel. With a small shop behind also.
