We have a very nice experience in this hotel. Mr. Amed was doing the best effort to fix my error when I made my reservation. I can say that he handled extremely good and he can find our family accommodation the same day we arrive. And also he told me "you will pay the same" He saw our problem and he feel it. The Hotel was a perfect spot to stay. Close to everything in Jerusalem. The terrace is the best in town. Also you can have coffee and tea 24 hours.

Jerusalem is a fabulous mix of Palestinians, Christians and Jews. The historic and religious sites are a must. We left feeling spiritually closer to Jesus and our religion, but also the other religions especially the Palestinians who mainly staffed the hotel and showed us around the great city. It was a once in a lifetime experience, one we will never forget, thank you Jerusalem.

The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area entirely reforested and, thanks to arson attacks over the years by certain enemies of Israel, grows ever more lush. Neve Ilan sits atop one of the hills and the views in every direction are amazing. The air is a pure as mountain air and the sky an almost perpetual blue. A most peaceful retreat away from everyday stresses and pressures.

Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!

After a long day on the road on our way to Dream Vacation we tried contacting the property. Our call went right into voicemail. We found the tiny street that the property was supposedly on. We did not see any signs so we knocked on a door. The man who answered it lived on the street his whole life. He took us up and down dangerous steps in the dark. We could not find the place. Without alternative, we had to drive home to Tel Aviv. The property charged us for the room and the payment went through Bookings.com

Natan the manager was always available and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed that was within his capacity. The house is basic and met most of our needs excluding a fan or exhaust in the master bathroom and a closet/dresser in master bedroom. We used the one in the 2nd bedroom. He cleaned the pool and hot tub to my liking after I requested it. He was very helpful with different directions, special hidden spots, and even fixed my phone when I couldn't get wifi. It would be most helpful to have the address of the back of the house where the car enters.

Despite some of the news coverage, Jerusalem is safe and a wonderful place to visit! Staying in the Jewish Quarter is the best advice, unless you have a 'street-wise' tour guide. The Light Rail (modern tram) that runs through the Old City is the best way to get around. Train from Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv is inexpensive, recommended to obtain a 'RavKav' card which you'll need a minimum 100 shekels initially (£25 GBP) as the train to Jerusalem is 18 shekels currently. The North in the Galilee and the South in Eilat is easily accessible by bus/coach from the bus station in Jerusalem.

The best way to experience Jerusalem is with a licensed tour guide. There is so much in this city to discover and uncover. I have been many times, and always learn and discover something new. I do not recommend a car in the city. Walking is best. There are many local buses and you can also take a cab. The food is incredible, as are the diversity of people and cultures.
