Booked the rooms for my parents and uncle and aunt to have a weekend break and they loved it. The booking process was seemless and the front office was more than happy to meet all of my requirements of having a room together and they even gave them rooms close to the elevators so that they didn't need to walk a lot. The room is stunning and spacious. The pool was clean and great to enjoy. Food was so nice and fresh. We got a great deal for all mini bar included and nice laundry deal. The best party was service. We were lost in the city at night, the manager came to pick us up! He was great and very kind. We were sad staying here only for a night!!

Loved it! So impressed. We were part of a large wedding booking and the team absolutely delivered! A most magical wedding, all helped by the outstanding JW team Shout-out Rahul Das from In-room Dining! Some delicious bits on that menu and friendly service. Rohit from the gym is outstanding! Felt like having a personal trainer at times! Much appreciated The entire Games Room team helped us get served and have great time while bowling. Thank you for the 2000rupee giftcard! This might be a 3* hotel - but the service they are offering is not less than 5*! Never had such a good service in a hotel around the world before! Rooms are spaceous, clean and new. Beds are perfect, location is quiet but everything is nearby. I'd definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived at The Park Calungate Hotel, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and impeccable service. It was a delightful surprise to be personally greeted by the General Manager at check-in, a touch that instantly made us feel valued and welcome. This commitment to exceeding expectations was mirrored by every member of staff we encountered. A special mention must go to Sukhdev, the Food and Beverage Manager, whose attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our dining experiences were flawless truly elevated our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him or indeed any of the staff; their polite and helpful demeanor was consistent throughout our visit. Our room was a haven of comfort and tranquility. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, it provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring or relaxing by the pool. Speaking of which, the hotel's location is idyllic. Situated directly on the beach, with the soothing sounds of the waves just steps away, it offered a sense of serenity while still being conveniently close to local amenities. The culinary offerings at the Calungate Park Hotel were simply outstanding. The Christmas Day brunch was a magnificent feast, a true celebration of flavors and festive cheer. But honestly, every meal was a delight, from the beautifully presented breakfasts to the delicious à la carte options. The quality and freshness of the food were evident in every bite. The Park Hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect blend of luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and a stunning location. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return for another wonderful stay.

It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .

All the staff at the resort are so hardworking and friendly, always going about cleaning and assisting us wherever they can. We got a room by the pool and it was clean and comfortable. When we refused cleaning, reception took the initiative to ask if we need fresh towels and water. Shows the level of customer service that they have. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious Indian cuisine with some westerns options like pancakes and omelette. We enjoyed our daily breakfast thoroughly. It rained a lot so we spent a lot of time in the property had an amazing time. We definitely will recommend to our friends who will be visiting Goa.

Om shanti lives up to its name. Quiet, friendly, good service ( money change, taxi), safe, the staff was taking care excellently and always ready for a little talk. Good food and coffee available all day, served wherever you want. The garden with the huts gives a cosy atmosphere so you can sit on the veranda and feel like it is a small village. Candolim is a nice place with good options with restaurants n cafe. One bad experience was the parking people were too rude as they do not take online payment and if u dont have handy cash they will treat rudely. Rest the shacks the beach is good. Shopping options are there. PLease check reaturants menu before entering some famous places like tomotoes are a bit over priced. Also while shopping on beach lanes check places and options like all in Rs 50 or 100. it will save your money. Please carry chnage cash particulary for parking. Rest all was good.

The photos you shown in bookings.com and actual room is not met... The room is very dirty ... not clean .. bath room in leaking.... No water at morning time .. need to all that person to have water in the bath room.... ITs the worst room ..... and service ....no body available at reception for any help / support. Its very very very bad ...

Panaji was a nice stopover for 3 nights before hitting the beaches. Very relaxed city and easy to get around whether by taxi or by foot. Interesting buildings showing Portuguese influence, and interesting places to visit including the fish market, park along the river and local markets.

Cluster of 3 beaches with relatively clean beaches. A little dull to be honest. Roads around palolem are a little crowded and narrow. Not much activity besides beach walks and a few shacks. Locals seemed to be a little unfriendly as compared to North Goa.

It is not easy to get around Anjuna, everything is very spread out and at night the wild dogs are quite agressive which I struggled with. I enjoy walking, but here you need to have a car / scooter or take lots of taxis. The market was good, we ate in nice restaurants like The Tanjore Tiffin (a bit more up market and we loved it), MS Slow Tide and Pirates Cafe on the beach. We also had a night out in Juna nightclub - good fun with great cocktails. Overall I didn't like Anjuna much, we were there in the low season and we struggled with getting around and all the dogs. It really depends what you're looking for, but for me Candolim was a better location and we left Anjuna early to return there.

Hotel was far from the sightseeing places, not easy to access. This hotel is not recommended for stay for those who want to roam around or go for sightseeing. It is recommended only for those tourist who just want to be in the room itself.

Morjim beach is one of the cleanest and relaxed beaches in Goa. Also, it has good shacks where you can enjoy food and chill. If you like quiet beach walks without lot of noise and chaos, it's best to stay here. Morjim is surrounded by greenery.

It’s absolutely filthy rubbish everywhere can be very noisy. Can be quite hassle at the shops. The Beach sharks can be pretty rude and the food is not very good though there are some really good places though there are a lot of Russian people there. I think they are a better places.
