Very regal and comfortable room. Wonderful large pool. Staff were friendly, especially the young man working there. The place is in a quiet location in walking distance from Cherai Beach. The issues I faced were in terms of lack of transparency. For instance there was a kettle in the room but no teabags. When I was asked I was told 'foreigners' bring their own and sent to a shop down the road to buy a drink. I was also expected to pay commission on top of my total price which I refused to. A tuk tuk was booked (which I gave money for) and on arrival at my location he said the money had not been passed on. There's lots of potential here but my sense was that the hotel is not run with guests needs in mind.

The host was very friendly and helped us with any need we had. They offered us tea or coffee whenever we came back, asked if we needed more water. The host made sure we always had some herbal incense sticks around us to protect us from moskito bites :)

Breakfast was very good, tasted homemade! Every single staff was attentive, courteous, pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The facility was clean and well looked after! Anything we asked was provided with a smile on their faces!! Amazing experience!! Pool was also large and very clean and well kept. Sitting areas are also with great ambience!! Amazing and will visit again!!!
