Not too busy at the hotel, beautifully clean rooms. Peaceful atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, kind, good-hearted. Always there if needed but giving you plenty of personal space. Huge thanks for individual arrangements like allowing me to use a room for a meeting.

An amazing hotel. Close to the main attractions in Ischia Ponte / Porto but removed from the crowds. The breakfast terrace, rooms and gardens are beautiful - reading in the garden while overlooking the island was one of our favorite experiences. The restaurant is also fantastic - I highly recommend booking a dinner there during your stay.

Room was excellent; excellent mattress; ample shelving and drawers; perfect climate control with heat pump; just right bathroom with good shelving. Breakfast was more than ample; hostess/owner was personable, gracious and helpful. Hot pool/Roman bath was an unexpected treat. We loved everything about the casa - breakfast was fulfilling, there is the possibility of very good dinners. Nearby quite peaceful beach (near the bus stop), a pool with very good views, comfortable rooms and very helpful and friendly stuff - all together made our stay so perfect, that we would next time go back and stay longer :)

Room and whole hotel was super cute and very clean. There thermal pools were awesome. Walking distance to small downtown area with shops/market, beach, and some great restaurants. Would recommend also walking to the Poseidon thermal baths! Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal with fresh juices and tons of options. Front desk staff was great at arranging affordable taxi rides. Also check out the spa offers they were very affordable I got a massage that was great and a couple friends got massages and facials that were great!

    We stayed for 5 nights at the apartments that are across the street from the hotel and it was excellent! Small quiet oasis with about 6 apartments and private pool. Very spacious, super clean, big kitchen and bathroom, cleaning lady was servicing daily. We only walked to the main hotel for breakfast in the morning and quick swim at their pristine clean pool. We spent all day everyday at Posseidon Baths which the apartments are actually very ideal walking distance location since you don't have to cross the super busy road which hotel is at. From apartments you go simply down the hill on paved sidewalk to Citara bay , beaches and Posseidon, about 10-15 min walk. Beautiful view of Citara bay just outside of the apartments. If you walk little bit downhill from the apartments there is a cute caravan bar with the best sunset views and they make little sushi bites and delicious sptitz. We loved the apartments and it was a great place for our family with 2 kids and grandparents. Bus is very close and Forio is about 10 min by bus. I think it's nice to go there for dinner one night. Hotel also offers shuttle to Forio and beach zone at Citara bay / Posseidon. Not to forget the stunning views of Mt Epompeo from the apartments and sweet black cat friend that comes visit. We would come back!!

    Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time. Places to check out Ristorante Il Delfino / Umberto a Mare / Mezzatorre

    The hotel was more a senior home for retired. It has 4 stars but doesn't meet criteria of even 2 stars. Very poorly equipped with old and warned out furniture and bed covers. Walls were wet and dirty, room was freezing cold and stinking like old people. Food was horrible with even worse service and terrible noise in the canteen. Hotel has one indoor jacuzzi where the water was luke warm and had so much chlorine, that it was burning our skin and noses. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

    Great location - walking distance of the port, bus station, restaurants, supermarket and shops - the area was quiet and I felt safe. Breakfast was very good with different cakes each day. Lunches and dinners can also be booked at the hotel restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful and can arrange tours. The room was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the extensive spa facilities that are available.

    If I could rate this hotel at 11/10 I would. The location, facilities, attentive and helpful staff, the private beach/onsite spa, and incredible breakfast made my stay unforgettable. Everything was above and beyond all expectations. WiFi worked perfectly across the entire property and the bed was soooooo comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Ischia is a wonderful, magical island.

    I have never felt so welcome at a hotel! The hosts, shuttle drivers, and other staff were all so wonderful. They gave us such good advice about where to go and helped us so much with making reservations for dinners/taxis. The property itself is so beautiful and the garden/pool is so relaxing. I wish we could’ve stayed much, much longer!

    Getting around easy using bus line, but can get crowded so allow time, recommend doing a boat/snorkel tour, also visit the castle. Ate at Wine Cave at Poseidon Thermal Gardens, recommend if visit Gardens. Also recommend Bella Napoli in Forio for dinner.

    Loved the entire island but especially Poseidon Thermal Gardens, the shoreline of Forio with its lovely sides streets for shopping, Sant'Angelo and the Castle. Our rabbit dinner was the best meal we've had anywhere.

    Ischia is a beautiful island with lots of water based activities and stunning views everywhere. We enjoyed the thermal baths and beach clubs. The quality of food was exceptional. The streets were vibrant at night. I hope I get to return someday soon.
