Carmen was amazing and the security team, Marlon and James were watchful, helpful and friendly. The entire staff were great. Our room was spacious, clean and so unique. The bedding was super comfortable. The pool area and the hot tub were great as well- literally the largest hot tub I’ve ever seen. My husband loves the sun and I prefer the shade, there was plenty of both in the pool area for us both to be happy. The cave walk to the cliff “beach” was also a really neat feature. The property is across the street from LTU Cliff Restaurant with beautiful views and delicious food. We ate there often during our stay. There’s a small local market down the street to pick up incidentals for the room; we got coffee, drinks and snacks. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and stove, plus cups plates glasses and dinnerware for two. We used the refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, all worked great. Negril is beautiful and the beauty is still well preserved. The Beach is clean and well maintained. The police presence is good. Alot of adventures to participate in and otherwise very relaxing location. The strip is excellent for riding and they should invest in a bicycle lane for the full length of the strip would be a great attraction to the area.Guest review byWilliams - 10

This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation. The villa is new with detailed interior decorating and an exceptionally clean environment. The villa is on a beachfront and the owner expressed their plan to do additional work to enhance the space. It is strategically located almost to the border of Westmoreland and St Elizabeth and is very close to the main thoroughfare. The bed was super comfortable and felt like my home away from home. I must commend the owners of the property, Donna and Ian who were both accommodating and ensured that our stay was a great one. The owner was exceptional, checking in with us almost daily to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. The property provides the added comfort of a security guard and is located directly across from the beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty of Jamaica.
