- From US$86.68 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.4Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 2,934 reviewsVery clean . Had absolutely everything in the hotel you could need ( even a vending machine selling underwear!) . Unbelievable value for money. Hairdryer is in the room along with a t.v. Free dressing gown, free toothbrush, hairbrush , slippers. Free hot and cold drinks ( ice cubes provided) from a vending machine in the lobby between 14:00 and midnight . Also in the lobby is a change machine. The microwave is available in the laundry room. The washing machines are only 300 yen per wash with built-in soap powder and 200 yen for the tumble dryer. The staff are amazing. They were so kind but not intrusive. Always there to answer questions. My room was perfect for my needs. ( single occupancy) The bed was great for my back . It was firm and comfortable. My family had a three - bed room, which was huge. The windows open fully in the bedrooms. My bedding and towels were spotless. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied. The shower pressure was fab. Even room spray was provided. The breakfast was varied and tasted amazing. Its all you can eat. The dining room was spotlessly clean. There is a convenience store on the corner of the road. We would definitely stay there again !!!Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom
- From US$69.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 1,027 reviewsLove how friendly the front desk is! We arrived around 11am despite knowing our check-in time was at 3pm, but the front desk was kind enough to check us in early due to the room being ready. It's quite dated, not gonna lie, but it's comfortable and cosy! The kitchen was super handy as we were on a budget and so we made breakfast and dinner at home. I love love love the balcony - we were on the 8th floor, but despite that, still a nice view looking down at people going about their way. The separate rooms gave me and my friend ample privacy and space and there was a small take-away vegan-friendly shop right beside it! Packed a meal before heading to Tokyo and eating it in the Shinkansen. It was amazing. Cannot recommend this place enough and will surely come back again when I have the opportunity! :-)Guest review byNadiahSingapore
- From US$160.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.5Good - What previous guests thought, 1,922 reviewsHello The hotel has impeccable service. The rooms were clean, the food was spectacular. The location is the best, very close to the trains. The hosts were very kind and respectful. I did not speak Japanese or English, but communication with the translators was sufficient. They helped us a lot at the reception. Without a doubt, when I return, I will stay at that hotel. Sincerely: Luz Marina Saenz, 62 years old. Colombian.Guest review byDinimoColombia

Osaka is a fantastic destination, especially for foodies and shopaholics. Whether you’re craving Japanese cuisine or international flavours, Osaka has something for everyone. With its vibrant food culture, rich history, and welcoming atmosphere, Osaka is indeed a great place to visit.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Sakai is where the Black Ship finally stopped, it brough the first Portugese to Japan. The city is full of history and is where some of the best knives in the country are made. Easy to walk around, barely a tourist in sight, it is a wonderful counter balance to the frentic and congested Osaka scene. Highly recomend the knife factory and history tour, you can book that through Trip Advisor. Remi the guide was fantastic.Guest review byjonathanAustralia - 8.0

To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.Guest review byStephenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.Guest review byReginaUnited States - 10.0

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.Guest review byMarcoUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Osaka is just another big city, like New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles. It doesn't quite offer the same Japanese charm that you feel in Kyoto, or even in some regions of Tokyo. The Dontonbori in the evenings is very busy, as is the Shinbashi Street Shopping District. There are tons of restaurants and shops. Expo 2025 was in progress, and although we were interested in attending, many people we met who had been there said it wasn't what they expected, with too many visitors on some days, reaching over 250,000. We did visit Universal Studios Japan, which was great, but the lines were anywhere from 60 - 120 minutes. Have patience if you choose to go!Guest review byPamelaUnited States - 6.0

We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲Guest review byCCCanada - 6.0

You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.Guest review byHishamJapan
