The hotel has an amazing property—lush greenery, impeccable cleanliness, and mesmerizing views. I wish I could have stayed there for months! The staff was friendly and incredibly cooperative, making our stay truly memorable. On the last day of our stay, they hosted a dinner outside the building, which was such a touching and memorable gesture. Thank you so much for your hard efforts in making our stay so special. It's an Ex-colonial Small Castle of sorts. I loved it immensely and would be back given half a chance. Everything is authentic from the Chairs / Bed /Wardrobes / Stairs. The WiFi and the lounge was good but with expired Netflix.The fridge needs to be cleaned up,its an eye sore.The cutlery rack needs change too considering water accumulate under it due to poor kitchen top design.Provide sugar,salt n teabags as a compliment.There were old used up tissue rolls(have Photos)just disgusting if you check in and find this.I booked studio with balcony but was provided with a 1bedroom with no balcony.The bedroom has blood spots on walls from previous guests killing mosquitoes as the area has lots of it with no bed net.The bed n mattress was just pathetic. Overally, the property description did not match what I checked into especially after doing 17hrs of flight to attend a function.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

The agent was welcoming and accommodating as we arrived super late and she understood, problem came when we wanted to use the cooker only for it to start leaking gas, that was very scary, the same day with the gas issue we were to check out but we had to wait for someone to come and help out in sorting the gas issue but was unable to, it got worse when the agent came with a technician and started drilling on the door while we were still in the house. It was the fault we overstayed since she told us to wait for someone to come fix the cooker. The house had a corridor which was locked and couldn't access, it had wifi which wasn't working, the tv wasn't working either.It was a horrible experience to say the least.Guest review bychristineKenya - 10.0

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown . 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well.
