Property is well manicured, medium sized pool is well maintained. Comfy, quality beds/linens. Good pressure warm water showers. Well stocked bath, shampoo, body soap, single dispensed toilet paper.     The staff team was cordial, polite and friendly. The room service staff- Constance and Patrick (Grill bar waiter) were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the beach. I booked an ocean view room and an upper floor room and got exactly that. The hotel had a Christmas pre-party which was just fantastic! The hotel had an evening live soft music during dinner which was lovely!

    The staff are really kind and friendly. They do everything they can to make sure you are happy and satisfied. The food is really delicious. The pool is just perfect! The location is also really convenient as you can walk to the malls nearby for 3 mins and you can walk to Haller park in 10-12 mins. I definitely recommend it is you are going to Mombasa.

    It is not a place for a holiday, I was there to check on some of my Property but I was frustrated because I ended up staying for more Days than I had wanted. It is loud and congested.but if one has his own home is Ok but there are other nice places to enjoy and have fun It easy to get round Mtwapa, by Tax Tuk tuk and motor Bikes and public means of transport called Matatus.

    You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place.

    You have to know that Nyali is not a quiet place. At night you can hear many nightclubs but at least they stopped at a certain time. The beach is also crowded but offers many different amenities. It is not an upscale destination like it used to be

    Victoria courts is one of the worst apartment.. will not recommend to any visitor because you will not like the hospitality there.. the rooms were not as per my specification and they didn’t bother to listen to me after reaching out to them severally. I had booked for 5 nights fully paid but had to spend one night and forego the 4 nights. They didn’t refund my money though and the didn’t care. Clients be warned!!!

    We were looking for a family holiday by the sea and can thoroughly recommend Mombasa. The apartment was on Lido beach which suited us perfectly and found a local taxi driver to take us to attractions such as Haller Park and Wild Water (water slides). The city is busy and there's significant work being done to the roads. So expect the occasional jam and some very bumby roads. In July the temp was just under 30 degrees C and there was a refeshing breeze from the south to temperate this. That also seemed to keep the mosquitoes at bay. We were pleasantly surprised to find some very good restaurants (e.g. CJ's near Wild Water - good food and good service). We didn't sample the night life nor take a safari to Amboseli - something for next time!

    Its a nice town bustling with activity and its proximity to other amenities such as clubs, many nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops is very nice. Transport is easily available to other parts of the town, very friendly people, a variety of restaurants serving local dishes, barbeque chicken is a favourite and readily available every evening.

    The area is busy and has shopping centres and hotels in close proximity. People are friendly and welcoming. Nyali can be great for someone on a work trip.There's a coffee house, a shopping mall and its easy and safe to get around on foot despite the dust.
