The room is so spacious with lots of rooms for two people, the facilities are new and modern, staff are very friendly and always try to help. The gym has more machines than usual hotel gyms, and the pool is beautiful. Excellent buffet breakfast is a bonus! I’ll come back next time I visit Nairobi

Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay! The staff is always a joy and when any staff is not cordial or welcoming they take feedback well and fix it asap. They didn't have bacon the first day I was there and I requested bacon they had it the following day. I need to shout out Violet from the front desk, Masinde Security, Faith housekeeping they've always gone above and beyond each year I've stayed at Swiss Lenana Mount. Shout out to James and Mary in the restaurant always welcoming! These and their colleagues make Swiss Lenana Mount awesome to stay at! Hope they're incentivized to stay here for years to come.

I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do.

Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do. We visited Karen Blixin museum and the slums as well as the giraffe manor and elephant sanctuary. The National Park in the middle of the city is stunning. Traffic however is a nightmare and the roads often in a state of disrepair making moving around a challenge.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the food . My only challenge was the language and the traffic jam at certain hours and crossing the roads in some areas. The driving is "fast and furious". Its easy to get around Nairobi with an Uber and a couple of touristic sites to visit like the Nairobi National Park, which is good for nature lovers. The masai market for souvenirs and handicrafts.
