The hotel is exceptional . All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

The room,the location the view all were amazing. You're in the middle of the attractions. The flying theatrr was wonderful and the fountain show was awesome.The hotel is a just walking distance to the must visit in Turkestan. I would like to thank Ms Diana from the front for her help and kindness.

Absolutely amazing hotel, way beyond my expectations. I got a room so big that I think it's bigger than my apartment and for an amazing price. The views were pointing straight to the mausoleum. Walking in the surrounding area is truly a pleasure, and the staff is so kind that I want to go there again.

Very generous breakfast, comfortable room. Everything works perfect. A family-run hotel - very kind owners who also run the adjoining market. Bonus for the tandoor ovens / fresh samsas right across the street. Centrally located to the mausoleum, fountains, restaurants, etc. Make sure you pay attention to the breakfast time and let the owner know what you like and don't like so that they don't waste food. Ensure you have cash to pay at check-in in the event that the POS / Kaspi terminal is not functioning. Use the provided slippers to respect the cleanliness of their home.

    The new part has been developed very well.

    The new part has been developed very well. I think in few years when it gets greener it will be even better. Contains of mesmerising old mausoleum that is taking your breath away. Even tho we were unlucky with ongoing renovations and didnt see the inside part, it was a beautiful experience with many underground museums and seeing on the ancient architecture and culture of Kazakhstan. Many restaurants, amazing cinema experience in the museum (that looks like an egg) that shows the most beautiful places in Kazakhstan.

The mausoleum and the surrounding landscape, along with the vibrant streets and friendly people, create an unforgettable experience. There is a diverse array of food to try, and you can immerse yourself in the local culture. Additionally, the pleasant weather adds to the appeal. In simple terms, Turkistan is a fantastic place to visit if you want to learn about history, experience different cultures, and enjoy delicious cuisine.

    This is a holy site for Kazakhs and Muslims in the region.

    This is a holy site for Kazakhs and Muslims in the region. The Xodzha Yassawi Mosaleum was incredibly beautiful and the area around it has been nicely developed into a modern area. Beyond the Mosaleum, a new area has been built since the city became the regional capital in 2018, with many new shopping malls, hotels, and restaurants. The old town is also very charming and has many cheap, delicious restaurants. Highly recommend!
