1)The room was superclean all through our stay. 2)The toiletries placed in the room were not expected compared to other hotels. These items are cotton buds, nail files, face pads, etc. They were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. 3) The hotel gave us a cot and toys for our baby. They had several high chair for feeding babies in the restaurant, which was super helpful. 4) The staff were very helpful, attentive, supportive, and above all efficient. They paid attention to details, and they observed the things we liked and disliked from day one and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. 5) They have a massive parking space, and the hotel location is close to a bus stop, which made navigation for guest easy. 6) Their breakfast was topnotch and had all the healthy options expected. 7) Their fitness centre had all the expected equipment for exercise.

Beautiful setting. Friendly, helpful staff. Spotlessly glean. We travelled with our 2 dogs. Our room on the first floor ( there is a lift but we used the beautiful staircase) and was spacious and had hard flooring. Breakfast was delicious. Great views of the river and gardens
