- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,258 reviewsI had an amazing stay at Royal Mirage Fes! The hotel beautifully blends the charm of Fassi culture with modern touches, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, especially Mohammed at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay and was always ready for a friendly chat. His hospitality truly stood out! I highly recommend Royal Mirage Fes to anyone visiting the city. It’s definitely worth the money for the comfort, experience, and incredible service. I look forward to staying here again!Guest review byMayUnited States
- From $158.21 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 2,133 reviewsEverything was excellent, cleanliness, staff, location, view, facilities, food, parking etc. They were very helpful, accurate and supportive. Location is excellent, close to the Royal Palace and medina, still quite away of all the crowd. Balcony view to Medina , specially at night is very nice, almost romantic. Taxi is available in a minute, with more then affordable price. (Necessarily negotiate with the driver). Dinner is quite OK, with acceptable price. Breakfast OK as well.Guest review byDragan SocSerbia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 580 reviewsThe Riad was beautiful and so was our room! And the rooftop balcony was amazing- such a great view! The breakfast was delicious and the front staff were so friendly and helpful. The cleaners were also so friendly and kind. The location is superb - just in from the blue gates and easy to navigate too. I would recommend anyone staying here, to pack light as there’s no elevator and the stairs can be a challenge. The shampoo/soap provided was lovely.Guest review byGarrettCanada

Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake)...
Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake) - far too hot to be enjoyable. Getting around in the Medina was very difficult and sometimes frustrating. There one can easily fall into the trap of being accosted by self-styled guides who will take you to various shops and ask you for money at the end. Perhaps for an older traveller it would have been better to lodge outside the Medina and visit it from there with an official tour. On the positive side, some of the sites were very beautiful and the people mostly very friendly and helpful.Guest review byMacFinland - 6.0
The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage.
The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage. Too bad the only thing you can see, apart from some (mostly closed) gates, is old narrow streets and shops. Locals prey on tourists in order to squeeze them dry :) In Rabat or Salé you can get a more authentic sense of a medina without the commercial pressure.Guest review byPeterItaly - 6.0
There were a lot of artisans which was nice.
There were a lot of artisans which was nice. We were often set upon by people trying to take us somewhere and wanting money, even when we said no they wouldn’t leave us alone. After a time we didn’t stop anywhere which really was a shame. The amount of garbage was also quite distressing and took away from some of the sights. We took a tour to the middle Atlas Mountains which was really lovely. The food was good everywhere we ate in the Medina.Guest review byDorisCanada
