All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory. Staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel not linked to online taxi service . I paid for the taxi through Hotel Booking .com and did not get service neither di they give back refund .
