The staff was amazing and super helpful during my stay there. My phone charger gate was broken and it shut down on the date before my flight. I was so panic if i could not open the flight ticket on the phone. The Nepalese staff took me to the local electricity shop and luckily the owner of the shop lend me the wireless charger. Thus i was saved that time. The room are clean and comfortable. 100% recommended to stay with a low budget but nice accomodation like this one ♡

A massive shout out to all the staff at Athiri who made our stay so fun and enjoyable on Dhiffushi! They absolutely adorable, always smiling and I cannot fault them for anything! Service was impeccable from booking, check-in to our actual stay and check out. The manager, Milinda went above and beyond to organise our speed boat to the hotel as the public ferry doesn’t run on Fridays and also made sure we were comfortable the entire time we stayed at Athiri. The chef and all the other staff were lovely in the kitchen as well. Our room was comfortable and all the facilities worked well. They also arranged a cute happy birthday message on the bed. It’s a new establishment with a rooftop restaurant as well. The hotel is located near some cute cafes and beaches as well. Breakfast buffet was delicious and they also made extra vegetarian dish for my friend and I. I would recommend anyone to stay here when on Dhiffushi :)

An absolutely unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness by the entire team. The establishment is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and you immediately feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and perfectly equipped, and the overall atmosphere is both warm and soothing. Everything is done to ensure you can relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest. But what really stood out from our stay was the quality of the food and, above all, the chef's talent! A very special mention goes to him, because he doesn't just cook delicious dishes: he goes out of his way to please you. He's attentive, always smiling, and capable of preparing absolutely anything you want. He adapts to your whims of the moment, even at the last minute, and each dish he offers is delicious, generous, and prepared with passion. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the chef, for this stay that will remain etched in our memories. We will return with great pleasure, and we recommend this hotel without any hesitation!!!!!

    The room was very clean. We enjoyed the food in the gallery! The cooks did a fantastic job. But not only was the food excellent but also the staff! They made every dinner and breakfast something special and something to look forward to. We want to give our special thanks to the following employees: Rakesh Goli, Tanuj, Hussain, Jainam, Lohan and Kristine. It is rare to see a resort staff fulfilling their island motto as these guys did. They made us feel like we were at home and all the small gestures they did, like decorating the tables with flowers and already preparing our favourite drinks, were just unique. There was nothing we had to worry about, and they handled everything. Bandos, indeed was the island of hospitality to us! Additionally, I also would like to give a thank you to your staff at the dive Bandos! Hassan was a great instructor for the snorkelling trips. He showed excellent knowledge of the local fish species and made sure that everybody on the trip felt save, even the not-so-experienced swimmers! Thank you very much for this fantastic holiday, and a big thank you to all your staff members who made the experience so enjoyable.

    Absolutely everything was incredible! The villa was perfect - clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need. The facilities, entertainment and whole resort set up was well planned, ran smoothly and catered to our every need. We really enjoyed the snorkelling opportunity and the spa experience. The food and drinks were varied, delicious and exceeded all expectations. The whole staff were exceptional and couldn’t have done more to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. When we visited, I was 23 weeks pregnant and every single member of staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating, making sure we felt looked after at all times. We were particularly appreciative of the private speedboat transfer to make our journey as smooth as possible. A special mention to Miffy, our Mr Friday, for being absolutely fantastic and making our baby moon so special. We would 100% recommend this resort and hope to make it back one day!

First, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The food was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to suit every palate. There are also plenty of activities to keep you entertained. My personal highlights were kayaking and snorkeling, both of which were unforgettable experiences! Fresh, quality produce with exquisite flavours and good variety for all palettes. This was a true getaway from the trials and tribulations of life where one can truly find peace and enjoy a calm tranquil holiday. Like all places service is what takes a nice hotel/resort to the next level and in this case Kudos to the Malahini team as every member of staff we interacted with was filled with smiles, a duty of care truly made us feel special.     Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

    We stayed four days in an escape water villa with breathtaking views and direct access to the rich in corals and fish house reef. A five star appartment with excellent service and staff. The island is a jungle surrounded by paradise beaches and nice reefs. We had a half board meal. The breakfast and the dinner were exceptional in a restaurant with great views and space. A variety of local, europian and indian food choices was given.

    One of the most beautiful places in the world. Wherever you look, you'll find postcard worthy landscape. The ocean was very clean, ideal for snorkling and apparently it was a good spot for surfing as well. All in all, a must see.

    We LOVED Dhiffushi!

    We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!

    I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in...

    I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement. The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)! Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!). I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive! Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus. Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!

    We only had 4 days and picked Huraa because it is close to the airport. A very bad choice. The island is absolutely not nice, full of trash, nothing is taken care of, even the bikini beach was a huge disappointment, dirty, broken sunbeds, only 6 umbrellas. No cafes, restaurants anywhere. The only nice place on the entire island is the Pearl Sands. It is a hotel, but you can pay a daypass to use their beautiful private beach including a very a good lunch. That place saved our vacation.

    Airport help desk doesn't know anything about Himmafushi. It was tough to manage a boat to Himmafushi from the airport. However, the beach was nice. I enjoyed the scene of small fishes near around the beach.

    Small island, blue, turquoise, clean and clear water. Great place for snorkeling in the house coral reef. All the staff from reception to restaurants, dive center, housekeeping are so welcoming, all with bright smile. Food was top. Dinner was set course and of the highest quality. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. 5 stars to the chef in charge. Sunset spot was surreal. All the beach villas come with private beach, still can't get over the view. Wifi is a bit slow but not complaints since we were not there for the wifi.

    Just stunning, white sand, turquise waters full of life and tropical fish, and palm trees. The ultimate relaxation! It was rather hot in February (32C but because if the humidity it felt more like 39C) and we got minimal rain. Highly recommended for this time of the year.

    The beach is beautiful.

    The beach is beautiful. I´m afraid it would be too crowded in a couple of years as the contruction of new buildings on the island is massive. Would be nice to remove the hakenkreuz that is sprayed on the wall in the harbor. Not a nice welcome sign for tourists.
