Its location is perfect at the beach front, mid way between Walvis Bay and Swakopmund. The rooms are very clean and spacious and worth the price. The staff is also very helpful from the driver who fetched me at the airport to the house help. I really enjoyed my stay with them and will do it again.

    Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

    Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. I visited Swakopmund 20 years ago and the only issue I found worrysome this time around was the many hustlers trying to force their offerings for sale. The jetty also needs some urgent maintenance.

    the museum which was recommended by the hotel was really worth a visit we spent a whole morning there and learnt so much about Namibia and its people as well as Swakopmund. the walk along the pier though very windy was worth the experience.

    The crystal museum is a must see.

    The crystal museum is a must see. Stadtmitte Cafe serves exceptional food (well worth the wait). The manageress at the Mermaid Casino was extremely rude, impolite and disrespectful when we attempted to leave the premises with a can of Coca Cola that we had purchased within the premises much to the embarrassment of the security personnel who apologised profusely to us on our departure.
