I had a very memorable and fantastic exeperience at Hotel Moonlight. All the staff members were very hospitable and always ready to help. Special thanks to Nabin who communicated with me since the beginning and always ready to answer my queries. Thank you for doing the extra miles and making sure i only get a unique and the best experience in Nepal. To those handsome and professional drivers Anil and Sobet, general manager Jiv and cheerful Umaa, receptionist and restaurant staff, all good security members and beautiful people. To be honest everybody was very nice to me. I highly recommend Hotel Moonlight in Kathmandu. My birthday was super because of you. Thank you everyone!Guest review byGenie RosePhilippines

Plenty of onsite activities to participate in - yoga, meditation and spa. There are 2 swimming pools as well. The staff were attentive and friendly and helpful and made sure that I was well fed and comfortable. Special thanks to the onsite Ayurvedic doctor, Ashish (restaurant manager) and Sivaram (yoga teacher), the meditation teacher and to everyone else who made my stay all the more enjoyable and pleasant. Being able to contact the resort staff via Whatsapp for any assistance was also very helpful and convenient.Guest review byGenevieveSingapore

My visit to Nepal was full of beautiful surprises, incredible vistas, and lovely warm people. I would recommend a trip to Nepal to anyone with a keen sense of adventure and anyone wanting a serious change from the Norm. From Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp to Chitwan National Park and finally Pokara you can't ask for a better adventure. I definitely be returning here.Guest review byFraser - 4.0

In Nepal, both inDrive and regular taxi drivers can be tricky. They often charge more than double the normal price. With inDrive, after you receive a booking, they may call and ask for extra charges. If you repeatedly cancel bookings because you’re not comfortable, inDrive may even restrict your account. This caused a lot of trouble for us. I just want to remind everyone to be careful with taxi drivers and always make sure the cost or fare is clearly agreed upon beforehand.Guest review byAnonymousMalaysia - 10.0
"Staying in Patan was like living inside a museum.
"Staying in Patan was like living inside a museum. The blend of ancient temples, artisan workshops, and cozy cafes made every walk special. Patan Durbar Square is breathtaking, especially in the early morning light. It’s less crowded than Kathmandu, yet full of life and charm. A must-visitGuest review byumit - 10.0
Bhaktapur – A Timeless Heritage Gem!
Bhaktapur – A Timeless Heritage Gem! Bhaktapur is an absolute must-visit for anyone traveling to Nepal. This ancient city is like stepping into a living museum, with its well-preserved temples, intricate wood carvings, and stunning courtyards. The Durbar Square is a highlight, showcasing breathtaking architecture and rich history. Walking through the narrow alleys, you’ll find traditional pottery, local crafts, and delicious Newari cuisine—don’t miss the famous Juju Dhau (King Curd)! Unlike the hustle of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur offers a peaceful and immersive experience, making it perfect for history lovers and culture enthusiasts. The city's charm, warmth, and timeless beauty make it one of Nepal’s best destinations. Highly recommended!Guest review byAnandNepal - 10.0

On the first day of Kathmandu in the city bus I was stolen money from my poshest. Until that time I had thought that Nepali were honest and diligent. So that I didn’t pay attention to things like having my money stolen on the bus. On the last day the airport was closed because of the strike, so I had to reschedule my ticket and stay in hotel one night more The city is so dusty and lots of rubbish. However, I like the old cultural constructions and festivals.Guest review byChihokuJapan - 8.0

Nagarkot , lovely place to stay there, neighbours and villagers are very friendly, safe and secure. In every morning or evening, we walk around Nagarkot village to Nagarkot sunrise tower through pine tree forest. It has good viewpoints to snowcaps of Hamalia range, sunrise, sunset and community villages in valleys. In Nagarkot, we can have fresh meat, chicken, egg and milks all are fresh and tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby Nagarkot but enjoy cooking fresh meals , breathing fresh breeze, so nice of community life there. In some day , visit to Bhaktapur Durbar square by bus, and can go to several sites as day trip. Good to learn Tamang culture. For us, at least we want to stay at least 7 days but we found very late so we can only stay 4 nights. We will definitely come back NagarkotGuest review byMyo - 10.0

It is less filled with tourists than Kathmandu or Thamel and seems to me more authentic. The Durbar square is amazing, as well as the small local temples and stupas. You can find delicious food everywhere, whatever you want, and people are very nice. You can get around on foot, but if you want to go to Kathmandu itself or to Bhaktapur, you can take a car via the Indrive app.Guest review byJuciFrance
