wonderful hotel and staff. This historical colonial style building remind me of the novel 《Gone with the wind》. My wife and me stayed 4 nights and loved the lawn tennis court. The staff asked what we would like to eat and changed the main course everyday. Everything is perfect, breakfast,sauna,room,swimming pool. I would thank the staff again for their great job.

Very cozy room with all the amenities. There were two TVs in the room which was very convenient for families with kids. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely clean room overlooking the sea. Breakfast was very nice as was the young guy who was working that morning. Reception staff were nice too.

Just 2 minutes’ walk from the waterfront, East Pier Hotel features free WiFi, a restaurant and a bar. You can enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the sea views from your private balcony.

Lovely spacious room with sea view. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Good choice of food for breakfast. Very welcoming staff.

Located in Napier’s vibrant inner harbour area with views over the marina. Selected accommodation includes a 2-person spa bath except for the access studios.

Initially, I was skeptical about booking this establishment due to mixed reviews. However, my stay in room 58 in the round building exceeded expectations. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and quiet. The guest laundry facility is a bonus. Overall, I would gladly return given the opportunity.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Crown Hotel. The room size was great and the location was excellent as it was close to many of the restaurants along the wharf. The fact that it was a 7-8 min drive from central Napier really did not matter at all.
