They took care of cleaning our rental car, provided a scale for checking luggage weight, and delivered extremely early breakfast to our room when we had a trip scheduled. You are also welcomed with many surprises like ability to choose your room, or fresh juice and snacks delivered to your room. They are extremely proactive and supportive which makes you feel like you're not just another client. Hotel location is good for snoorkling trip and airport connection, perfect spot to start or finish your Oman trip. There is a nice pool for afternoon relax abd rooms have a bathtub which to me was a nice surprise:) Forgot to mention - they also provide free airport shuttle. PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. 1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.Guest review byBock - 10.0

People are friendly, there is plenty of facilities in the city. you can enjoy lot of touristic places such as mutrah, jebel akhdar,.... there is few beaches in the city where you can relax. we liked the beach in Qurum, it was always excellent to visit. Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
