- From US$208.12 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 266 reviewsAuthentic nomadic style tents in a secluded area next to a large dune. The location was perfect to watch the sunset and sunrise on the dune but also could you easily drive yourself back to the village near the desert! It was easy to get there as a meeting point at 3pm was arranged and then you could decide if you would like to go by your own car (totally recommend if you have a 4WD) or pay for a pick-up. The owner was super friendly and greeted us with tea/ coffee and snacks and shared some information about Omani traditions. We booked a camel ride for the morning (10 OMR per person) and were picked up (free dune bashing included) to go camel riding at a nearby camp - we loved it, was very much fun! Dinner and breakfast was good as well with many vegetarian options!Guest review byMarleneAustria
- From US$252.71 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 2,290 reviewsBest holiday ever‼️ Highly recommended for those wanting to experience dessert living but surrounded by comfort. From the moment we stepped in staff were warm, friendly and very attentive. Buffer breakfast was relatively good and dinner included camel meat and chicken barbeque (wish there was seafood). Gorgeous sunrise and sunset is easily accesible but you will need to climb, climb, climb the soft cool dune located behind the resort. MUST activities is the 4WD dune bashing, self drive ATV dune drifting (not for the faint hearted) and open movie watching alongside night star gazing by the bonfires.Guest review byRuslenaMalaysia
- From US$196.39 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 251 reviewsSpend a night in the desert is an experience that you must to do in your life, amazing! A guide bring us from the office to the camp with a 4WD passing through the desert, we was greeted with dates and tea, the room was really fascinating. Before the dinner we sit near the fire with the locals that offered us camel milk and a tipical bread. The buffet dinner was really good. In the early morning, at the sunrise, we do the camel walk in the dunes to see the sun sunrising, it was an unique experience.Guest review byMarcoItaly

I stayed 2 nights and it should be a minimum. The staff is incredible..they can't do enough for you. The rooms are little havens. Food is good and lots of it. I used the Spa and had the best massage I've ever had from Sugi. Such royal treatment! I also did dune bashing and camel riding. You can do other activities. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks to everyone there.Guest review byLisaIreland

The desert is very beautiful here.
The desert is very beautiful here. Despite the multitude of camps, it is not a problem to have a perfectly quiet and serene evening or morning walk among the dunes. If possible, aim for a moonless night to enjoy the full splendor of the night sky.Guest review byMarkoBulgaria - 10.0
Loved the sunset drive on the dunes.
Loved the sunset drive on the dunes. Dune bashing was fun and you can tell your driver what version of this you want - soft to fast ! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Make sure you book your seat at outdoor dining to avoid not getting a seat if the camp is full. Also book activities as soon as so you get your preferred time. Food was great - huge selection in the buffet and the musical entertainment was a great surprise !Guest review byAliceUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We had an excellent stay at the camp.
We had an excellent stay at the camp. It's a small and private camp, with a great view on the sand dunes. The tents are fully equipped and comfortable. All the people working at the camp were super friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was according to our expectations and beyond. We did a dune bashing activity, where we also watched the sunrise and took beautiful pictures. I also definitely recommend the camel ride to watch the sunrise! The dinner and breakfast was super delicious, and we enjoyed watching the stars around the campfire at night.Guest review byAnonymous
