Very hospitable and informative. In the rooms it was fascinated! We are surprised! Cleanliness was exceed of our expectations. Thanks Mr benjie ( HKS) and your team for looking after us and ensured that we are very comfortable on our stay. You completely did and exceptional services! The restaurant Enbu (Japanese Restaurant) was amazing we had a very good meal and lovely team! Thanks Ms. Vanessa for wonderful service. I enjoyed also one of the restaurant with a live band and a nice food! I highly recommended however, needed to be careful in choosing as when they said in that menu is only good for 3 persons, for us it's already good for 6 persons. In the pool bar was very lovely team! very attentive and knowledgeable! I'm sorry to forgot the name of the server guy, he ensured that we enjoyed our experience with them. The coral pool was so clean and beautiful! The team is nice however it could be more better if the man who assisted us show more energy and recommend a better place to allocate especially for those with children. On a departure day we are worried as our driver couldn't pick up as for some reason, however it was gone when we meet Kiefe the (concierge associate) by helping us to book a grab. It was a huge help indeed as the incident didn't much pressured us after our entire well experienced in okada. Thank you to all of the team work and I'm looking forward for the future stay! Breakfast was very good with a lot of options for meat lover. My suggestion would be to have some variety for vegetarian as my brother in-law is vegetarian and find one or two option for vegetarian food.
