The building is very new & clean, besides it is very near to the wharf/walking distance. Staff & hosts are very approachable & accomodable. If you are new travelers in Samal, you can rent their own car/motorcycle, & advised for nice beaches/ tourist area to visit. The place is worthy for the price.     We strolled around Samal area and visited some of their precious tourist spots, it was worth the experience. My friends and I really enjoyed the view and the attractions, the cab driver was very accomodating and helped us a lot. Overall experience was excellent

    such a lovely place to stay... and an amazing host.

    such a lovely place to stay... and an amazing host. highly recommended... suggest hiring a scooter near the port to get there as it will be about the same cost as a single tuk tuk journey Mommy Mia is also an excellent chef and maybe persuaded to make a simple meal for a reasonable cost. I'll be back soon

    Samal is a quaint and beautiful island.

    Samal is a quaint and beautiful island. There are some nice places like the Monfort Bat Sanctuary and the Giant Clam Conservancy. I went to the white sand beach for swimming. Being in a channel, the current was swift so I couldn't really go out beyond the swimming area, and it suddenly gets deep as well. I didn't like it for swimming, more for touring.
