Had problem with shower, but given an upgraded room. Breakfast was excellent, day of leaving too early for breakfast but staff organised packed meal. Evening meals superb, great variety and plenty of it. Could not fault any of the food provided. Staff were exceptional, went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Great place , great staff, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

What is not to like as everything good for us. Clean indoor and outdoor pools Sauna's and jacuzzi in the indoor pool, sunlounges at both yo relax. Although we were a couple, there were other outdoor activities such as you could play crazy golf and things for the family. Well kept gardens and surrounds Credit to the greenkeepers Outside seating to relax Breakfast continental and would say average - no English tea !! Our room was nice and spacious And cleaned daily - plus change of towels .... only thing, no fridge or safe Plus, tv had Polish channels only !! Staff Excellent from reception table to waiting staff Although we were English, most of the staff understood a little, and we got by We also noticed it was pet friendly.

Amazing place! Staying in the fortress was an amazing experience for both adults and kids. The room was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. We loved the architectural effort of combining modern elements into old building. We were positively surprised to receive free tickets for the guided visit at the fortress. Kids loved the stories, videos, the goats walking free around and of course the costumes available at the restaurant! 😀

    A town of surprising beauty. Did not see that coming. A great spring day helps too. Be sure to walk from the toboggan to the Park - both along the promenade... and also up over the hill via the stairs. A tknne of civic pride is evident here.

    Beautiful town, surounded in green, quiet and relaxing. Mineral water is great and very good for your health. There several restaurants in town, some of them very, very good offering all sort of choices.

    A lovely place with plenty of walking areas and a unique...

    A lovely place with plenty of walking areas and a unique experience for those who want to try healthy mineral water and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Numerous excellent restaurants and charming piano concerts featuring Chopin’s music. A great base for those skiing in the Zieleniec Ski Area.

    Stronie Śląskie is a small town in the valley of massive Śnieżnik. The town itself is not so interesting to me. There are necessary shops in the town. You can find interesting restaurants in the surrounding area. I can for example recommend Raj Pstrąga.

    Kłodzko is a very pretty little town, that has a great connection to other exceptional towns in the area. It is great as a base for traveling around. Yet Kłodzko itself needs to be seen and recognized as a worth-seeing. To see everything there from A to Z, you'd need more than 2 nights there if you also decide to travel around in its area.

    Excellent town and spa to spend some time in.

    Excellent town and spa to spend some time in. Friendly people, variety of accomodations in all brackets of price and quality, charming atmosphere. One complaint - smog over lower lying parts of Zdroj (spa) part of town, seems to be ever present. Visited Ladek yearly for last three years and this is what seems not to change

    Miedzygorze is a beautiful village between the mountains if you are looking for some nature walks. In the village are two small shops mostly with alcohol and some other necessities. A few restaurants plus two churches. If you want to walk there are some beautiful walks longer or shorter. The highest pick is Snieznik 1440 m. On the top of Snieznik there is a brand new tower with 200 steps and a magnificent view from there. There is also a Polish/Czech boarder. You can easily walk around because everything is clearly labelled.

    A hundred-year-old villa, interestingly adapted for hotel purposes, with several cozy rooms, a bar and a restaurant. Warm, quiet and helpful staff inside. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and for dessert a view of the Klodzko Valley. It is worth coming back here!

    Kudowa Zdrój is a lovely place as a holiday destination. There is only one main road with plenty of restaurants that serve delicious Polish and Czech food (Cech - lovely food&drinks, Taka Ryba - shop/restaurant, they make their own sushi every Thursday, Bar Mleczny- traditional , homemade Polish food with plenty of choices, Ptyś- delicious cakes ,and many,many more...) There are tour agencies with a huge offer of trips (in Poland as well as to neighbourhood countries / National Parks). You also find museums, Kudowa Rope Park, bike rental and, obviously, mountain trails. People in Kudowa are super welcoming, extremely friendly and helpful. The city is very clean and well maintained and has a lot to offer. Beautiful surroundings and views. High standard of service with knowledgeable and experienced staff (restaurants, guides). Kudowa is a very good choice for a relaxing and active holiday .

    I really hope there will be more space for public and...

    I really hope there will be more space for public and private investments in this area. Compared to Polanica Zdrój, situated just a dozen of kilometres away, Duszniki has still a long path to cater for the basics of the basics.
