The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. it has the nicest sauna I’ve ever been in with a view of the mountains. The room was not large but very well organized. and had everything we needed. showers and facilities are great.

It has everything need in a walking distance - shops, restaurants, bus stop and the airport is very close. we had 2 different rooms and both were pretty big with large bathrooms, restaurant and bar are also nice with a good variety of food and their sauna and gym are with nice view.

It was a pleasure staying at ICEHOTEL in Jukkasjärvi. The warm room was comfortable. We have the facility to park our car in parking area without additional cost. The hotel staff was really kind. They have helped us to find and explore the things nearby. We received a special permission to have a Cake cutting for my Son's Birthday in ICEBAR. The Breakfast was awesome with many options to choose which was included in the room price. They have also helped us to inform by sending sms where there was a possibility to see the Northern Lights. It was wonderful experience to see Aurora beams on the clear sky. Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in with request of one extra bed in our room. The sleep quality was excellent. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt and feel a wonderful stay.

A great place to stay! Large room, super clean, fast WiFi. There was a shared kitchen and living room with all the amenities one would need. The breakfast was nice and the lunch buffet really worth the money

It is right beside the bus station. Not far from restaurants neither but the in-house cafe by the reception is amazing. Breakfast is good too. Room itself is standard. The front desk is very kind and helpful.
